Join us in our intimate dining room of only 28 seats. We invite guests to relax in a space accented by reclaimed wood, — sourced from the oldest building in Denver — clay-inspired wall treatment, an abundance of plants that evoke the feeling of Mexico City, and artisan finds from Johnny’s home state of Guadalajara.

Excellent food, fast and helpful staff, and well priced. I had some of the best food I've ever had there and I will make an attempt to get a reservation whenever I am in Denver.

Everything about this restaurant is wonderful, from the ambiance to the food to the value for what you get. We enjoyed innovative cocktails, talking with the chefs and the ambiance of the restaurant. Reservations are hard to come by, but as soon as another comes up, we hope to snag it!

Third visit since March. As we compared it to our first two great experiences, we were disappointed this night. Pok Chop was average and overall service was slow, very slow. At some point we will go back, but with the limited menu, no hurry to have the same dishes.

We had an excellent experience- service was timely, continued attention to details throughout the entirety of the experience. We were sat at the chef’s table and loved it. Food, drinks and music were on point.

The restaurant is beautiful, light and airy. The food was delicious. We ordered the camote asado, rajas con crema, tetela frita and the NY strip and only had leftovers of the steak because at that point we were very full. It was divine. Such amazing flavors. The tetela in particular reminded me of a dish my mom makes. Service was excellent and I had two very nice drinks made with mezcal. My wife had margaritas. Very good drinks. Will definitely return when I can. Overall it was a wonderful meal. Reasonably priced for that level of dining.
