   The best dining experience. Alicia, Angela and Chef Maurizio are always there to make you feel welcome and assure that you’re satisfied. Looking forward for other occasion to visit.

   The restaurant is beautiful with a very romantic atmosphere love the color palette and decor. However, since is very small you can hear other guest conversations. The service could improve not really a fine dining service compared to other restaurants. No one came to unfold the napkin or clean the table promptly. I believe there was only one server present and that could explained the poor attention to detail. Food was good but not overly impressed. Good value, nice atmosphere but Houston has better options.

   I went to Albas with a friend on Saturday evening. As soon as I walked in, the ambience, decor and service were outstanding - like you knew you were at a 5-star luxury establishment. Do not just expect to have dinner, Alba’s offers a culinary experience with all the extras of unique tiny dishes from the kitchen just brought out to which include smoke bubbles, foam martinis, delicious soup shots as intermingled with what you ordered. The waiters are extremely professional yet friendly and even the chef made a small appearance to greet us. With his Italian accent and his crisp tailored chef attire it just exemplified the essence of what Alba is all about. Go and be very impressed for not just dining at Houston’s finest restaurant but, even for frequent fine diners, the different tastes and dishes that will just “wow” you. If I could give Alba an extra bonus star for going above and beyond I definitely would!

   A sophisticated venue with attention to cuisine that has an original complexity of flavors created by a Chef that is above and beyond the vast majority of Italian restaurants in Houston. The setting, ambience, service and hospitality are all first class.

   Alba is one of my favorite restaurants. Chef is amazing. Service is impeccable. It’s is small, romantic, and the food is as good as I have ever had.
