   My family thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Our server was attentive and had a great personality. We enjoyed the salsa tasting and the Para La Mesa Oaxaca Guacamole made fresh at our table. The margaritas were delicious. Everyone enjoyed the Molcajete fajitas, I recommend getting all of the proteins, all of it was tasty. Lastly, my kids won't stop talking about the sopapillas with ice cream. We can't wait to come back as regulars.

   The restaurant is beautiful. The food was very good and visually pleasing, a little pricy though. The restaurant wasn’t super busy so it was a good noise level for conversation. Our waitress was very nice but not very attentive. She collected our plates after we finished eating and then didn’t come back to see if we wanted anything else or were ready for the check for at least 25 mins. We were looking around for her because we wanted more drinks and she was nowhere to be found. It was a little disappointing. Otherwise a good experience.

   This was our second time at agave underground. The service was slow, seemed like they did not staff accordingly. It took 20 minutes for our server to come to our table to take drink orders. Food came out pretty quickly and was good but there were some hiccups on drink and food orders as well… I ordered my burrito with mild chili and was given spicy. One of my friends ordered a Micheleda and was given a margarita with a beer… no tomato juice. They could not make any frozen beverages which is my husbands go to due to a blender being out of service. I’m not sure what that was about.

   This is the closest thing to authentic Mexican food and atmosphere you will find in Fort Collins. The food is excellent; the waitstaff totally professional. Margaritas are superb. For dinner, it is highly recommended to get a reservation.
