This is definitely a hidden little gem for afternoon tea in london! My friend and I love going for afternoon tea a lot and are always keen on trying new places and The Adria was such a pleasant experience! We were looked after so well by our waitress and were regularly checked in on. Everything from the menu to the teas was explained in details and they were able to cater to our halal request which was greatly appreciated! We also loved the fact that we could try a few different teas as there were some really delicious flavours that were hard to choose from. Thank you for looking after us so well, would highly recommend this afternoon tea!

While The Adria is not going to be front of mind when it comes to the top places for afternoon tea in London, for us it really shined. It is intimate, elegant and classy, but also modern and fuss-free. We enjoyed all the usual fare offered at an afternoon tea but done with a slight twist. Apart from the quality of the food and tea offerings, a special touch was the sparkling tea that we chose to have in place of a glass of champagne. And the service was excellent - personal, friendly and informative. Based on our experience we are considering staying at The Adria next time we are in London.

My friend and I were trying to book afternoon tea last minute and found this place kinda randomly! The service was great, the waiters looked after us well. They explained things and were friendly. The tea itself was good. I appreciated the vegetarian/vegan options! I enjoyed all the sandwiches, they were pretty good. I wasn't a huge fan of the desserts though. I had the vegan menu. The desserts were a bit sweet for me. We also got two scones and one of them was quite hard. The place was quite empty when we went at 13:30. This place was on the cheaper side of afternoon tea but I feel like 55 pounds was more than I would have wanted to spend for it.

This was a celebratory afternoon tea to mark a significant life event. We felt extremely well looked-after, and appreciated the option to try multiple teas from the gorgeous tea menu. The food was beautifully presented and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. A real treat, for an occasion that deserved it.

I had the most amazing experience at The Adria, me and my cousins had afternoon tea to celebrate my baby shower and we truly had a great experience our server was Catherine she was so attentive and helpful. She explained everything to us really well, all the different teas and any questions we had about the food and drinks. Her knowledge on the food and drinks was amazing. She created an amazing experience for us and a truly memorable baby shower for me. The afternoon tea was really nice we enjoyed the sandwich selection and all the different selections of tea. The scones was served warm which just made them taste even better. I would definitely recommend visiting The Adria for afternoon tea and if your server is Catherine you will have an amazing experience. Thank you to the team and thank you to Catherine for a wonderful afternoon tea.

We enjoyed a truly lovely afternoon tea at The Adria Hotel in London during our 25th anniversary trip. The staff went out of their way to make it special, surprising us with a beautiful anniversary dessert that made the moment even more memorable. The tea itself was exceptional—fluffy, warm scones with clotted cream, lemon curd, and jams, a delightful assortment of sandwiches, and a wide selection of teas to choose from. Every bite was delicious, and we left feeling happily full. The intimate setting and attentive service added to the charm, and a glass of celebratory champagne made it all the more perfect. Highly recommend for a cozy, indulgent afternoon in London, especially for a special occasion.
