   I bought the afternoon tea for my granddaughter and her friend to go to while they are in London since I enjoyed it last year when I was there. However, there was some mess up of the charge paperwork because my granddaughter had to pay for the Tea out of her travel money. I am very upset that it didn't work out the way I wanted. And now I have to figure out how to get money to her for her trip. :-( I am very frustrated.

   Abbiamo fatto un afternoon tea nel giardino, all’interno di una delle cupole. Esperienza davvero particolare e molto molto bella soprattutto per la location. Servizio davvero ottimo, personale gentilissimo e premuroso. L’interno semplice ma elegante, sicuramente un ottimo posto per una cena tranquilla, o un afternoon tea. Insieme al tea hanno portato delle mini porzioni di dolcetti e stuzzichini salati. Tutto molto molto buono, si sono preoccupati di eventuali allergie e intolleranze e hanno portato per la mia amica le stesse quantità di cibo ma senza lattosio apposta per lei. Ho dato però 4 stelle al cibo perché avrei apprezzato di più una quantità maggiore di cibi salati. Ma tutto il resto 5 stelle meritatissime. 🤩

   Unfortunately we had a terrible experience being seated in an extremely hot dome. There were domes in the shade available but they did not change our seats there even when we asked. When we left there was still a dome empty in the shade. Would have been a nice experience but we had a terrible time in the heat.

   This was the best place and location for my bestfriends bridal shower. The staff were amazing!!!

   Would not recommend. The garden area is nice, but everything else fell flat. This was the one thing I was really looking forward to while in London, and I’ve have had much better tea service in the US. The food was subpar and the service nearly non-existent. For $100 (for two people), you can go to the Ritz (or literally anywhere else) and get a much better experience.

   We came for afternoon tea yesterday for my Mum’s 50th birthday celebration. We had quite a large group of 9 people, everyone in the group loved the afternoon tea. The food and service was great! Thank you very much for a memorable afternoon. We will definitely be back!

   We all enjoyed our afternoon tea in the outside dome and the service was very good. Iswarj and Chris were very friendly. The canapes and beef and horseradish sandwiches were particularly good. The domes are a great idea and a fun way to have an afternoon tea

   We had a lovely afternoon tea to celebrate Mother’s Day, we were able to get a some which provided a lovely atmosphere. Very accommodating with a baby night chair that was requested. We were told there was a glass of bubbly and a small gift for the mothers we asked for the glass of Prosecco but didn’t receive the small gift but it was quite busy. Overall a lovely experience and very pretty venue. Would go again.

    Lovely cream tea. The staff was amazing and worked with us on a tight schedule . Fantastic and unique ambiance that is hard to beat. I loved this experience and would love to go back again when I have more time for a leisurely afternoon tea.
