   Took some out of town guests for dinner. We sat outside. Desert nights can be cool so they heaters at each table. The guacamole they made to order was to die for. We all had good meals. There was a band playing live music. If you can sit outside you should. It’s such a pretty setting

   Very good Mexican food. Guacamole was amazing. Great big margaritas. They were very accommodating and good servers. Food came out quickly but not too fast. Only drawback is price but it is a resort so expected. Excellent ambiance. We go every year we are here!

   Resort was always expensive but now ridiculous. Wis we had a test kit to see if margaritas had any tequila in them, If any, wasn't much.

    The Adobe grill is always good. Make sure to order the Cadillac Margarita and a side of Guacamole. Service was excellent and love the outdoor live music.

    Our experience at the Adobe Grill was a nice one. The carne asada was just ok but the enchiladas were super yummy! Service was friendly & prompt and, the atmosphere was relaxing. Would definitely go back!

    The resort is bustling due to the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. We enjoyed our drinks and complementary chips and salsa. Many tequila choices. The chicken fajitas were served sizzling but bland to my tastes. The shishito peppers were served hot but not char grilled. Had a fun time people watching. Great view of the light at dusk on the mountains from our table.

    I always love Adobe Grill because it feels so festive! It's always packed and I feel lucky to get a table. The ambiance makes it and the margaritas are great. So many of the servers have been there for decades and that makes it special too. It's like family!

    The service was excellent. The ambiance is wonderful, beautiful setting and landscape overlooking the gorgeous hotel. We were a party of four and everyone enjoyed their dinner and margaritas. The chips and salsa is excellent.

    The ambiance is amazing. The food was just OK. I’ve had much better Mexican for a third of the price. Food was just very bland. Salsa was bland not a lot of spice not a lot of heat. The guacamole for $20.00 was a huge disappointment! Just mashed up avocado with tomatoes and cilantro and NO flavor or spice. If it wasn’t for the atmosphere, I would’ve been extremely disappointed.

    We celebrated our adult kid’s birthday with the granddaughters and they had a wonderful time! Food was delicious as always. We have been coming hear for 30 years! A great restaurant!

    First of all, the atmosphere is festive and charming. Secondly, there are lots of great menu options and cocktails - all 7 of us enjoyed our meals and beverages. The service was lighting fast! Most importantly, one member of our party has Celiac Disease and cannot have items containing gluten or contaminated by it. All 3 restaurants on the La Quinta Resort property have really impressed us with their care and consideration around this food sensitivity. In the case of Adobe, our server took note of the restriction and placed the order. As soon as the food was prepared and delivered, though, the chef came out from the kitchen and spoke with our family member, and after further clarification, the chef decided to scrap his meal and start over based on the type of oil used in the preparation. This may have been erring on the conservative side, but we really appreciated it. Chef had a new appetizer made, a large and beautiful salad to be enjoyed while he prepared a separate steak - all of this came out with no delay and made us feel confident in the food safety. The food was great, the staff was careful and attentive - we were in very good hands and will return! Thank you, Adobe Grill!

    Lovely setting but food was disappointing. Queso fundido was clotted so it was curds of cheese in a watery broth. They must buy pre-grated cheese to have this result. Guac was really good, though. Chips awful, thick, hard, served cold. Steak meat in the fajitas was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Waitperson spent most of their time chatting with other servers, but attentive and pleasant when we caught her attention. I really like this place so I hope these issues improve as I think this setting deserves better.

    Wait staff were attentive and quick - especially helpful when you have a 2 year old in your party! Food was excellent and the margaritas a perfect accompaniment. Loved the outdoor atmosphere and particularly the live music.

    Always consistently good. The guacamole is stunning. I asked for hot sauce and instead of a bottle of something they made it fresh. So good I wanted to rub it in my hair!

    The food was unexpectedly delicious. For some reason, I did not feel like mexican food this night and ordered the short ribs. I have eaten at a lot of great restaurants, and no kidding, this was one of the most delicious meals I have had in quite awhile. Meat sat atop the smoked sweet potatoes, which were outstanding, just wished there were more of them. Meat was tender and seasoned perfectly. Vegetables were tender and delicious. When I saw the giant lizard on the wall, my hopes were not that high! I had a few bites of my wife’s enchiladas, they too were delicious. Great job!

    We had dinner reservations and were seated immediately. The service from start to finish was outstanding. We had margaritas, chicken and veggie fajitas which came with rice and beans, chips and salsa. The flavors were delicious and the portions were perfect. We can’t wait to come back.
