took us about 5 minutes for someone to notice we were waiting at the front, food was pretty good overall and service was decent, gf was satisfied with the birthday treatment
We really enjoyed ourselves. We appreciate the hard work of all of the staff who sacrificed on Christmas Day.

Service was a little slow to start (server didn’t arrive to table for about 10 minutes) but once we got going everything was awesome! Food was delicious, $2 margaritas were a great value, and service was speedy after initial wait.

I made a reservation so we wouldn't have to wait, and so we could enjoy the brunch buffet before it got too pulverized by the crowds. Instead, I had to wait an additional 45min. The food was totally picked over and the servers were clearly too exhausted to continue. Acapulcos tried to remedy the situation by extending the time of the brunch an extra half hour. What a waste of money.

Fathers Day Brunch, not a discount but food was very good and a lot of selections.
Restaurant has been remodeled a bit so looks a little more modern than before. Always liked the service and we had Alberto as our server and he was great! One of our favorite places and we will be back for sure!!
Acapulco was always our favorite restaurant for Mexican food. Now that we live out of state, it was a real treat to return for a very tasty dinner.

First time coming to this location. We came for the mother’s day brunch and it was delicious. Very busy but food was kept well stocked and nice and hot. Service was great and champagne was a plus! Will be returning.
But not for buffet style. The food was gross. It was too packed and it hindered their service.
We had reservations but the place seemed mobbed when we got there. However, we got seated within 15 minutes and were waited on almost immediately. Our very busy waiter was friendly and attentive, the food was good and plentiful, and we really enjoyed the experience. Parking was a bit of a pain, but it all worked out, and we may just do this again.
We never received our food. We were seated and promptly forgotten. Our server brought us our water and then disappeared. He did come back to take our order and after 50 minutes we got up and left. We never did get our food.
service was slow at times, all 3 guests found the food disappointng.

Staff was very nice. We came in late and ended up staying after hours talking as it was a special occasion and everyone was still nice and not rushing us out. I don't write this to encourage arriving at close but rather to comment on the quality of the staff :) will be back!

We decided to go to brunch at Acapulco’s for our anniversary. The food and service were good and as always, it was quite busy with large groups.
It was a good experience. Food was a lot . Drinks were so good
We noticed prices went up. The food and experience is very good but priced too high. We will not be going as often as in the past.
$20 to $25 (didn’t see the crab and lobster) is enough. Anything more than that for a regular champagne brunch is excessive.
Excellent service was provided for our table of 9 in the outdoors area. Wonderful experience, we will be back!

Just a note, we have eaten here at least a half a dozen times with no issues. Tonight: seated at 7:30pm my food arrived cold at 9:00pm. We asked for the bill at 9:20pm We received the bill at 9:45pm. Someone stopped by to ask if I needed a box, I literally said "I think" and he cut me off, saying "it's ok, take your time." It was rude and humiliating. He walked away before I could address the interaction. They picked up the check at 9:53pm and we left at 10pm when they returned the bill. If this was my first time dining here, I would NEVER come back. Not sure what was going on. It was awful, from start to finish. I hope they fix this pronto.

We had Fathers day brunch and we all enjoyed it. The service was great, thank goodness we made a reservation. The waiter Pepe was awesome, always asking if things were going well. we would go back again.

A reasonably priced brunch with plenty of fresh servings to choose from. Plan ahead and make a reservation to avoid the wait. Carving station, omelettes made to order, plus bottomless mimosas.
We had a reservation for over a month and when we arrived they tried to sit us at 2 separate tables. We said no, then they seated us outside in the heat and sun. I have pre-skin cancer and my niece had a concussion which was not conducive to outside seating. We won't be going on a holiday again.
My review applies to our recent Brunch experience on Mother’s Day. I’m sure during a non-holiday, the dining experience is much different. There were so many tables and chairs crammed onto the patio it was difficult to get from the food area back to our own table. The noise level due to so many patrons made it difficult to have a conversation. We were there fairly early at 9:30 and were seated promptly and didn’t have to wait very long for a server to greet us. However, we had to get our own coffee from air-pots at the front of the restaurant. Paper coffee cups didn’t make for the best cup of coffee. Food was replenished as quickly as staff could and was warm. It looked like there were a lot of options to choose from. Overall, for $27 per person, the food lines were long and the ability to get around the food area was a challenge. I expected it to be very busy, but thought that the restaurant completely overbooked the dining area.
Nice enough stop on Cinco de Mayo. Minor errors on both guests' orders but not enough to make a stink. Disappointed that high end tequila drinks were served in plastic cups. If you're charging $10-15 for a drink, it shouldn't be served in plastic. Food was up to par, comp chips and salsa were very tasty with some zip. Ambience was pleasant. Sat inside due to breezy chill but it looked very comfortable. Would return.
