Had an amazing time at acacia house. From the food to the ambiance. Top notch on it all. Can’t wait to come back.
Lovely place for lunch with friends. Menu is great and so is the wine list. Enjoyed the Las Alcobas margarita!
Collin was great. We had one steak that the meat was rather full of ligaments and Collin was on top of it and had a new one prepared which was wonderful. And I noticed the next day I’d been charged twice for the steak dish; which seemed rather odd ... I suspect it was an entry error. One of the managers, Nick, called me back within an hour of me bringing it to the host’s attention who answered the phone and made sure he refunded my CC.
I’m going to assume it was an error.
Suggest we all check the itemized bill wherever we dine before we sign the check. I usually do but this was a special occasion and trying to treat my friend behind the scenes, I slipped in my normal due diligence.
My husband and I enjoyed Thanksgiving here. Absolutely stellar dinner, with huge portions and great service. The turkey was tender and delicious, the mashed potatoes were sooo good, great salad, soup, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and dessert.
We also enjoyed breakfast and cocktails while staying at Las Alcobas. Loved every bite and sip.
Server was excellent however she was unable to provide good service because she was assigned too many tables.
Amazing meal, so inventive! Kudos to the whole team!
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. High quality experience all around.
Amazing food, amazing service, I love everything that Chris Consentino does. Highly recommend.
The food was just ordinary brunch fare and the service uneven, if I'm being charitable. Bottle of champagne was brought to the table warm, placed in an ice bucket, with the question do you want to open it while it's warm or wait until it's cold?!? One entree had to be returned and refired due to an ingredient mistake. Fried chicken sandwich was tasty but spent way too much time in fryer. No apologies or accommodations given for the sloppy mistakes. Not exactly worth the $60+ pp price tag
Exceeded our expectations!
The staff, the food and the ambiance were all exceptional. Very well run and creative restaurant!
Loved the atmosphere and the food.
Meetig Chris Cosentino, chef/owner was very special.
What a wonderful guy...
So so service. Decent food. Good ambiance. Wouldn’t go back
The food at Acacia House is consistently very good. Everyting is fresh, tasty and well prepared. Service is also very good. The servers always asks about food allergies and the restaurant prepares the meals keeping in mind those food allergies. The restaurant is set in a beautifully restored victorian house. Acacia House is a vibrant restaurant that serves very good food suit for foodies. I highly recommend it for those who visit Napa Valley.
Love it! The waiter was off and sweating, but we learned the busser didn't come to work.
Best burger my husband has ever had! 3 course brunch was awesome! Pastries, avocado toast and chocolate mousse! Everything was delicious and service was impeccable.
Brunch was great, it is highly recommended! Will definitely be back next visit.
The bartender was amazing and all her recommendations were great.
Great dinner with awesome company! My girlfriends and I had a delicious dinner here and enjoyed everything we had. Definitely worth a stop if you’re ever in the Napa/St. Helena area.
Great overall - you will not be disappointed. Relatively limited menu. One dessert was great (olive oil cake), one was so-so (apple tart). Service was great. Decor sharp.
The location was in a gorgeous house, with tasteful decor. Service was outstanding, but it was far too overpriced. Husband has the halibut; perfectly cooked. I had the mint rigatoni; wonderful. But meal prices between $30-$60? Not worth it. I get that it’s Napa, but it’s unnecessary and turns away a lot of people. I was also extremely dissatisfied in the dessert selection. Seriously, raisins ruin everything, especially the ONLY chocolate dessert on the menu. Service and ambiance were impeccable, but I would have skipped Acacia house had I known the ridiculous pricing.
Delicious food, great service and nice property! We enjoyed breakfast here two days in a row and will come back to try lunch or dinner next time.
Went there for lunch. Dispointing menu as brunch menu is quite limited.
We arrived for Sunday brunch. Waiting for my guests to arrive, I wanted a cocktail. After too long of a wait for someone to take my drink order, I went to the bar and ordered myself. My guests arrived and we had additional cocktails and enjoyed conversation in the lounge area. After awhile, the hostess came to verify reservations and number in my party (5). About 20 minutes later, we were escorted to the dining room. Unfortunately, we had to wait at the hostess stand until our table was ready. I feel the table should have been made ready PRIOR to being summoned from the lounge. When we arrived to our table, the floor under our table was excessively dirty with crumbs. These should have been swept up prior to seating. The food was good and the waitress service as expected. I believe management should probably have a front of house meeting on what standards should be expected.
What impressed me most was the service. Tremendous service. Food was also excellent of course!
Great food, great service, fantastic ambience - loved it all! Had the three course brunch, which was delicious and a very good value. Would definitely come back on our next trip to Napa.
Food was excellent! I had the 3 course brunch (avocado toast.) Enjoyed every bite. Husband had chicken sandwich a la carte.
My brunch: First course was brought along with main (2nd) course. Bar drink (Acacia special) was brought after these two items and my husband's coffee were served.
Waiter was friendly, which was great... but the drink should have come first and the first course should have come first as an appetizer, not served along with the 2nd course. If I could give 4.8 stars, I would. It wasn't a big problem but it was noticed.
Seating was lovely location on the front porch. They do have a nice indoor restaurant as well. The day was sunny, so we chose outside. Parking is valet (we asked if we could "self park as our Corvette was NEW and we wanted no one driving it. Parking attendant was totally understanding, moved a cone and let us park it ourselves. He was awesome!)
Third time there. Service was very slow and food has gone way downhill. Seems like it has been going downhill. Server could not remember the order and it took more than an hour to get our main course. The Caesar salad had so much anchovies paste on it that it was discussing.
Acacia house food was amazing. wonderful experience overall. Loved the location. I would go back again and again
I generally love chef driven places but this one feel short. Very noisy, almost impossible to hear companions. Food was fine but well below special. Server was poor to fair. We had breakfast there one day and dinner another and came away somewhat disappointed.
The food was outstanding. We had the jambon with melon, the schnitzel and the mushroom side dish. The service was terrific: friendly, knowledgeable and seamless. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Always great food at Acacia House. The Greek yogurt is amazing, so fresh and light.
Went for anniversary and we were greeted with a card signed by everyone and when we ordered dessert their was a chocolate added that said Happy Anniversary
We both had the duck which was outstanding. Crispy skin. Tender and flavorful meat. Corking fee was really high $30-35. Wait staff was incredibly service oriented. Beautiful location.
Had brunch on the veranda. Incredibly beautiful & peaceful. Great cocktails. Amazing burrata with pesto & fruit. Would have preferred to have had the breakfast sandwich as open faced but it was tasty. English muffins from Model bakery are better - they should consider serving those instead. Great fries. Told Open Table it was our anniversary but apparently that never got relayed to the restaurant.
Birthday celebration with my Bestie and free corkage for our birthday made it even more fun!
Ty Acacia House for a beautiful and tasty brunch!
This place has an amazing brunch deal that is worth every penny, sip and bite! Chris Cosentino does not disappoint! The grounds are gorgeous and the food and service is outstanding. I am very excited to have found this new gem and can't wait to try their lunch and dinner menus.
Acacia House is a St. Helena gem!!! The atmosphere is lovely..a restored stately home with wraparound porch, staff extremely engaging and the food was superb! Treat yourself while in Wine Country to a great culinary experience off the main hubbub of downtown Napa & Yountville. We had great bottle of wine (fantastic list) Oh, and there’s no corkage fee should you want to bring your own bottle!
Delish!! Every dish was cooked perfectly tasty and impeccable flavors
Food was fabulous, waitstaff very accomodating, Pleasant and professional. Love being on the porch to dine. Inside diningroom is too bright and loud
The place is very pretty. The restaurant prices were very pricey and the food didn’t blow us away like other places have in the Napa Valley. Corkage is $35! Which is ridiculously pricey for The Valley! We’ve definitely tasted better and had a much better experience elsewhere and will not be returning to the restaurant. The best part of the experience were the margaritas that we had in the lounge.
Eclectic, modern vibe. Acacia house is a restored Georgian house within las alcobas - a lux hotel. Go for the brunch!! - great value for $29. Pastries, fired chicken sandwich (tastiest Cole slaw). Also had the salmon avocado toast and rounded up with great chocolate mousse dessert. Wines by the glass selection was unique. We ordered the coupa Chardonnay and Pinot noir (forget the name)
