   This place is fantastic -- outstanding! The place is beautiful, inside and out--sitting in either space is lovely. Service was very good, friendly, & attentive. The food is wonderful. Appetizer: Scallops & Bacon was absolutely wonderful & perfectly cooked. Main course: Vintage Strip Loin was also delicious. The fish main course I had (not always on the menu, changes) was also very, very good. Dessert: Manjari Semi Freddo (chocolate, raspberry consomme, chocolate cake, cocoa nibs) was very good. Dessert: Strawberry Chevre (goat cheese mousse, orange ricotta cake, praline almonds, strawberry cremeux, Meyer lemon, lavender, compressed berries) was sublime & our favorite of the 2 desserts we had. Drinks: Lots of fun cocktail choices, we had the Acacia House Manhattan (very good), and their specialty Mexico City Margarita (excellent--if you like margaritas, you've got to try it!)

   In my opinion, the finest dining experience north of Yountville. Food and service were excellent. The schnitzel is always a winner. Portions are quite generous.

    Food and drinks were good. Service was friendly but slow (especially our drinks). Hostess wanted us to sit in the lobby until she set up our table, but the dining room was totally empty with all tables available and set up. She walked over to the table and set up our menus, then came back to get us. Hmmm, maybe just bring us along with the menus next time…

    I have had the opportunity to dine at Acacia House before and was excited to take my best friend, however the meal was underwhelming. The server was lovely and can’t beat the atmosphere, however my friend ordered the chicken schnitzel and when it was presented there was no dressing and the server said the dressing was a lemon wedge! It was beyond pretentious…not a word I would usually associate with a Chris Cosentino restaurant.

    Love this place! To start off, the Margarita is off the hook good. It was so delicious, we came back the next day to have another one with lunch. We both really enjoyed our meal. So much so, that we came back a second time to Acacia House when we returned to Napa this weekend and it did not disappoint. Cheers to you for a wonderful time, fabulous drinks and great food.     Wonderful meal with excellent service. Dined on the porch for a Napa Valley experience but toured the gorgeous indoor dining prior. Go with the professional recommendations. The menu is simple and the food is amazingly complex.

    Our expectations were high from their website. We go to Napa often and have been to many fine restaurants over the years. We were hoping Acacia House (from their website) to be in a similar class and would be adding to our list of favorite restaurants. This was the WORST for all 4 of us! - Chicken Schnitzel - No taste at all; poor quality of salad with tasteless vinaigrette dressing. - California burger- So so feedback from my friend - Tasteless coffee - Poor service....even with hardly any guests at the restaurant! Won't go back to Acacia House.

    The hostess was kind of rude when we told her we had time constraints because we had reservation at a winery within an hour, but our servers made up for it. The food and service was absolutely outstanding. The seafood Benedict and chilaquiles were divine. We would definitely come back when we are not in such a rush.

    We showed up 30 minutes late for our reservation. I left my party at the valet and ran to the host stand/checkin desk flustered and worried I might lose my reservation . The Host/Manager couldn’t have been more gracious And accommodating. She immediately assured me everything was ok, asked where the rest of my party was, walked out to the valet, helped us with our baby stroller and sat us. When I told her I had a wine tasting at Grgich Hills that we were running late to , she offered to call them and reschedule. I was blown away by the level of service and genuine hospitality she offered us. The food was amazing as well, particularly the mussels frites, honey grilled cheese and lemon and pine nut tart!

    It was our first dining experience at the Acacia House and we were greeted by a friendly bar tender named Sam. All of the staff were delightful and friendly for the remainder of the evening…food was delicious and the menu offered a variety of entrees. We look forward to going back on our next visit to St. Helena.

    The experience was tainted from the start with the reservation I made on Open Table. I was told that restaurant was "committed" and my time could not be honored. I felt as if I was being pressured more to cancel than accommodate. Since my party of 6 had no other options we decided to wait for the later time (1 hour later). At the restaurant we enjoyed our time at the bar. The margaritas were everything locals stated. The bar service was good except for a delay in our appetizers. When finally seated we ordered only to find out that some of the entrees were no longer available after. When all orders were changed we waited, and waited and waited. Our server ghosted us with no check in to see how we were doing, if we needed more water, etc. We weren't even offered bread while waiting for our meals that also took over an hour. If I visit this establishment again, I will not move pass the bar.
