Great staff experience, very knowledgeable and earnest about her job. However at the end of the day the food was mediocre and asking me to pay $60/oz for a steak and cooking it myself doesn’t fly. Hard to pay the huge prices and then have to cook and season my own food. I get the concept and love Korean BBQ but not when I’m paying for the location, the extreme lack of ambience and the empty restaurant. I’ll head to Soot Bull Jeep get some amazing Korean BBQ for a quarter of the price and not have to cook & season my own meat.

This is a great new restaurant to the Beverly Hills area. The eggplant was AMAZING (so good that we got a second portion). The truffle bomb was also great unfortunately we couldn’t get a second one as they had already sold out (at 7pm on a Saturday). We also had the grilled shrimp, fried tofu, Caesar salad, pork belly with XO sauce which were pretty good. The steaks were reasonable priced and cooked right in front of you. They typically cook to medium rare but will adjust temperature as requested. I think they are still getting the hang of cooking all the steaks. The steak we ordered (though on the rarer side as we requested) still had a large side of fat that had not been rendered. Overall an amazing experience and I plan to go back.

Great meat, and I loved the spicy Korean slant on the excellent sides. Might not be for everybody, but I'll be back soon!

Amazing dining experience! The steak which was cooked to perfection was delicious. We had the rib eye and the filet and both were juicy and flavorful with the seasoned salts. The service was exceptional. Our server was a true professional and very nice. The mixologist cocktails are made with fresh ingredients and very refreshing. Complimentary valet parking is a plus. This restaurant is an amazing addition to the beautiful Beverly Center. We can’t wait to go back.

Try this place before the word gets out. They just opened last week and if you want a unique dining experience check this place out. A steakhouse with a Korean flair. All steak cuts are 6 oz cuts with the exception of the Japanese Wagyu which start at 3 oz. This allows you to try a variety of steaks and cuts. We had the dry aged Ribeye and a 3 oz of the Japanese Wagyu. The steak is cooked at your table to a nice medium rare but what’s great is if you are sharing and your date wants a more well done steak you just have to pop the steak on the grill yourself. They also have great small plates for sharing. We had the lettuce wrapped pork belly and the smoke salmon nigiri and both were unique and delicious. Our server was both knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. All in all a great dining experience.

Higher end KBBQ joint in Weho! The truffle bomb was amazing and all the different cuts of meats were spectacular! Just what we needed in this area! Will definitely be back sooner than later!

Wonderful place. Has an intimate feeing yet inviting and comfortable which is refreshing after going to so many steakhouses that either feel too sterile or too corporate. Obviously the food is excellent as well.

We really enjoyed dinner at AB Steak. The restaurant was only open for 3 days so any issues with service and such will surely disappear (it was not bad service, more like too much service and checking in to make sure everything is ok). The food was fantastic - cold and hot dishes to share and delicious steaks. We would definitely go back.

Traveled the world and eaten at some of the best steakhouses, so when AB Steak opened in LA, I had to give it a try! Wow! Got 3 different cuts, including 2 dry aged and the Olive-fed A5 steak. Unbelievable texture and cooked to perfection in front of you. The appetizers and other accompaniments are flavorful too. The service was great and what you’d expect from a steakhouse too! Chef Akira has done it again!!
