A great restaurant meal can be an act of storytelling and transportation. Sliding onto a stool at a bar, being met with a classy and silky martini punctuated with a briny olive, is there to prepare you for a plate of finely-shucked oysters that were bobbing in the Atlantic 36 hours ago. In this moment the noise and cacophony can melt away, your phone finds its way back into your pocket, and we find communion with those of us on our left and right.

We place a premium on doing the work to find producers, growers, and ranchers that have values that align with our own. It’s our desire to bring food to your table that speaks to its sense of place and time, and to be able to bring the connection to those producers to a higher level of consciousness.

A5 was absolute fire. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the staff was next-level friendly—super likable and genuinely helpful with the menu. You can tell they love what they do. The food? Incredible. Every dish we ordered—from appetizers to the main steak—was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The portions were big enough to share, which made the whole experience feel communal and generous. Everything came out fast and fresh, but never rushed. We didn’t try the cocktails this time, but the drink menu looked top-notch—definitely planning to explore that next visit. Bottom line: amazing food, awesome service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend A5. We’ll absolutely be back.

my friend and i came here spontaneously and it was the most amazing time ever! the food was incredible, everything we got was so good and the restaurant was so much fun! service was great. i will be telling everyone about it forever

Fabulous! Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Ash, our waitress, was extremely knowledgeable with the menu, friendly and a pleasure to have wait on us. We will definitely be back and soon. Thank you for an exceptional meal and service.

The oysters and steak were amazing. We were seated at a table upstairs next to where the plates are located, which caused a lot of disruption. Obviously we're no strangers to chatter and laughter, but they kept dropping silverware loudly and clashing of plates made it slightly unpleasant. The couple's light next to us went out three times and heard that they were disappointed as well. The wait between dishes felt significantly long, considering they ask you to please have your entire order ready at the very beginning so the kitchen is ready. A little more expensive than anticipated for the serice.
