   Our first time dining at 4 Saints did not disappoint! Food was fantastic, Service outstanding and the view unmatched! Loved loved loved!

   The view of the mountains is the winner here! The interior is very well thought out. Service was pleasant, good! The food was fine, the dessert was the winner of the night! The Strawberry Vacherin!! The beet salad, lacked beets, I'm not a greens fan but this was more like a traditional salad. Also on a side note, the plating did the salad no favors. The sea bass was prepared very well, the sauce was bordering on being too powerful for the fish. The jury is still out on that one. The other 2 dishes were ok, Coq Au Vin, Branzino. Again, I realize this is the desert, and fish has to be transported but the bill was a bit high for what we felt we received. Nothing was really wrong except we don't feel the need to return.

   We had not been back to 4 Saints to dine and were truly impressed by the menu. We love the French focus with a slight twist. Two of us had the Salmon in burre blanc and loved it. The take on Coq au Vin was also very well executed. We had a side of mushrooms that were so perfect. Loved the woodsy flavor with a hint of spice. We had stopped dining here and only visiting the bar because the menu had become too experimental. To finish we have the chocolate torte ad it was a fantastic finish. We will return to dine and not just for the bar.

   Beautiful views of the mountains and beautiful decor inside. Cocktails were great, as were our beet salad appy and dinners. 4 Saints is a must to revisit. The service was perfect too!

    Food was outstanding - menu is unique but not intimidating. Server was very knowledgeable and nice. Only issue was food wasn’t coursed out well, it all came out really fast - so we had all three courses within 40 minutes. Views were great, cocktails were great!
