    We were visiting from out of town. Our first couple choices booked up quickly so we took a shot here. OpenTable showed them booked 6:45-8 so we anticipated a decent crowd. Hardly anyone elshowed up. We were there for our anniversary and were provided a glass of Prosecco when we sat down. We thought we were in for a treat. We each opted for the Chef’s Tasting Menu at $115 each plus the beet salad and lobster ceviche appetizers. The salad was bland and ceviche tasted like it was in a premade mix though the lobster was cooked well. The flavors just weren’t there for $30 a piece appetizers. The Chefs Tasting Menu wasn’t any better. We ended up sending half of it back. The tuna was fishy and almost inedible. There was an option for diver scallops or ribeye for the main course so we got each one. Both were overcooked and sent back. They came out better the second time but they were hardly special in any way. Lackluster. The desert was also left 1/2 uneaten. The servers were great and attentive and really wanted to help but the kitchen couldn’t produce anything halfway decent. We had several things comped to try and make up for the issues which was nice but we would have preferred the meal be great. It’s time for a new chef. And restroom is outside on the pool deck shared with all the pool crowd.

    Unfortunately, the food at 4 Saints was a major letdown. It was fine, but utterly boring — nothing memorable, creative, or particularly flavorful. For the price, the portions were small and underwhelming. It felt like style over substance. That said, the restaurant itself is beautifully designed, with an elevated aesthetic and a gorgeous mountain view. It’s definitely a place you’d dress up for and enjoy the ambiance. But at the end of the day, you’re going to a restaurant for the food — and in that department, 4 Saints simply didn’t deliver. I wouldn’t come back.

    Great food , vibe is very fun and uplifting with pool nearby and city views . The menu is not overloaded . They focus on real cuisine. The steak is always awesome .. service outstanding. Very clean and well run

    Had a great time! We sat on the patio and had the perfect view. All of entrees and food items were so tasty. Perfect cocktails too.

    From the moment Marianne welcomed throughout Tom’s excellent / friendly professional service, our experience was fantastic! The food was e pertly prepared and we had a fantastic Finn and energetic experience!
