3 Sheets at the Harbor
Excellent food, great service, only negative was the drunken loud buffoon at the table next to us.
it's hard to give a realistic score on value because we were there for the Portland restaurant month event. We were very happy with the quality and price for that event and will go back to a brunch sometime soon
We went to try it out for Portland Dining Month. The food was really good. We are talking about going back again this month.
Went for Portland dining month. If I had to be picky, the caramel flan was a bit “eggy.” Otherwise, the food was very good. Was checking their regular menu and I plan to go back either for happy hour or dinner.
Recently came here for Portland Dining Month, the menu for which was concise and delicious. The cocktails are also great, highly recommend them if you enjoy alcohol. It was obvious the staff was very overwhelmed, be it due to the increased interest due to Dining Month or if they happened to be short-staffed that night. We had a reservation, and were seated almost 20 minutes late, and then were not greeted by our server for another 10 minutes. The courses were slow to come out, but we were not in a rush to be anywhere and enjoyed each other. This will be a great spot to dine at in warmer weather, as they have outdoor seating overlooking the harbor, which will make for some spectacular sunset views. Would give it 5 stars were it not for the slow service. Thank you to all the staff there!
Food was absolutely fantastic but took us two hours to get all of our food and the service was awful.
The food quality was not good - my scallops were sandy, and no one of the 4 of us enjoyed our desserts. The flan was hot and had an inedible and ugly garnish and the mousse was full of seeds and unmelted chocolate hunks; it was like the chef had never made desserts before.
The manager came over and offered us $10 off "next time" but we will not be returning.
Friendly service only disappointment is for Portland dining month is that it was missing a lot of seasoning. The sea scallop and couscous was lacking salt and pepper to the core.
Good food, good service, and nice ambiance. I loved my apricot couscous and scallops. My daughter and I ordered off the $33.00 3 course dinner menu. We both loved our meals, but felt that for $76.00, 2 meals and 1 drink, should have been shown as $$$ and not the $$ it was listed.
Service and food were excellent. Only glitch was a problem with the reservation. When we arrived the host could not find our reservation which for some reason had been removed from their reservation list and our table in the dining room had been given away. They were able to seat us in the bar--not our first choice, but it worked out for both the restaurant and us.
Looking forward to enjoying their deck and happy hour when the weather warms up.
Awesome as always. Remains our go to place on a Friday night to celebrate with friends. The Cook is fantastic and the service is always excellent.
We went to try the March 3-course meal deal and were thoroughly delighted with the food and service. I was expecting more of a view of the boat harbor, but I think that is best viewed from the outside patio in the summer. We will go back to check it out the!
it was a great place to eat, food was fantastic, had oysters and cold beer along with fish and chips. service was fantastic. The dessert was also amazing, blueberry crumble.
Great brunch. We will come back.
Great food and great service. It was the perfect Valentines Day venue.
Great place we had valentines dinner it was perfect
Valentines Day dinner.
First time eating here. Wow! We're very impressed. Staff, food, all EXCELLENT! We'll be back, and bring friends.
Wish I'd found this sooner.
I made reservations for Valentine's Day for a first time visit. Our party of 4 all ordered the prime rib which was very good! The other dinner items were well prepared and tasty. We especially enjoyed the bruchetta appetizer. Our wait person was very attentive, despite all tables being full. Looking forward to another visit!
Nice smaller venue. They had a nice valentine menu that was decent. The oysters on the half shell were tasty but a little large. My wife had the halibut and it was good with great flavor unfortunatly a little overcooked. I had the prime rib and it was good. The caprese salad was good but the roasted pepper bisque had a charred flavor and was a fail. Overall a decent experience. The service was very good. Cost was reasonable. I would come again.
Okay, the window table was excellent. The server, Meaghan, was delightful and attentive. The cocktails were good. However, we thought a white table cloth and an actual candle would improve the ambiance on Valentines Day. The food seemed fine however, both of us had to visit the toilet multiple times and that lasted all night. Perhaps it was the oysters or perhaps it was coincidental to our meal.
We had a great time here after working the Pacific Sportsman’s Show. It was lovely, quiet and just the perfect place to decompress. The staff were wonderful and friendly and the food was excellent!
Excellent service. Excellent food. Will definitely be back.
Everything was wonderful. We started in the bar and had great appetizers. When our party arrived we were moved quickly to our main table. Service was quick and the food was excellent. This will be a great spot in the summer when we can sit outside and enjoy the view.
Had the prime rib, excellent, great price
Always good food, great service
Amazing food!! Great view even on a rainy PNW day. Great service!
Really good food and a nice place. Decent beer list. Kobe burger was great.
Good food, nice view, friendly servers. A mist go place
Wonderful food, great service, ambiance was nice too!
Chowder was pretty good, green salad was awesome. Wife's Halibut was excellent (she's from Alaska and knows Halibut), and they allowed her to exchange fries for a cup of chowder.
Absolutely one of the best places I have ever been atmosphere amazing customer service amazing, it was my sisters 50th birthday and she’s so loved this ❤️ place we will come again thanks again
A shady spot (facing north) on the Columbia, 3 Sheets is located within a condo complex, so parking is tight. Both inside and outside the restaurant are attractive table and chairs, as well as sofas (outside), all with a view of the small harbor full of boats. Airplane traffic and the sound system may make conversation difficult. The Happy Hour menu offers tasty choices, but mixed drinks tend to be spendy. We had a good time, with a great server (Jordan), and will return.
We sat outside which was amazing but they need to do something about the bees which swarmed us throughout the meal.
Drunk guy hitting on women half his age and no manager cutting him off, undercooked/incorrect (and slow to arrive) food, and a call to the management later about the poor experience, only to be told that the manager was too busy to talk means this place does not deserve business. One member of my party had an order of a burger with no cheese, no sauce, because of food allergies. The first time it came the meat was raw, not medium as requested, and the second time it was covered in sauce. I heard the server (who was awesome - she deserves to work somewhere better) reminding the kitchen, but they were obviously overwhelmed and apathetic and slopped on the sauce. If you want bad food and slow service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
It was too cold inside, so we sat outside, which was only slightly less cold. We were in the flight path of PDX which wouldn’t have been too bad except the military were doing drills and fighter jets were deafening! Our server was good, but the food was awful and expensive. We won’t go back nor will we recommend it to anyone.
Service was fair. Food just okay . The waitperson checked in regularly but did not know the soup of the day and had to pull it out twice and read it...? Had to ask for water. Risotto was great. Caeser salad dressing had no flavor. Chicken was dry. Was quiet though which was nice. Was an anniversary but nothing special was done or was it even mentioned....
We love brunch there and cocktails but dinner could use some help....
Amazing food! Small but delicious portions. The halibut dishes were juicy, nice clam chowder and the Brussel Spout appy was one of the best I’ve ever had! Fun cocktails!
Nice little location on the bottom level of newer apartment/condo complex. Came during a weekday for lunch, kind of dead with absolutely no wait and no crowds. Patio is excellent for an outside harbor view, good for families, drinks, solo outing, groups, kids and date night, there's a sofa area and pets are welcome, even kitties, meow! Very clean modern and casual decor inside and out, roomy. Diverse menu, brunch only on weekends, they also have a kids menu. Easy close parking, disabled friendly. Prices are on the higher side, food and drinks were good, full bar, have had better tacos, large menu with plenty to explore. Biggest downside is the outside patio can get noisy with overhead passing airplanes, it is directly on the flight path for PDX, no way to get around that one. Nice spot to visit.
Great view of marina. Outdoor tables. Planes flying overhead periodically. Wait staff are perfect!
We have eaten here twice, both times with groups. The food and service have been excellent. Last time we sat outdoors on a very pleasant evening. The view of the marina from the deck is very nice. We arrived by boat, which made the trip more fun. The only down side is that the restaurant is directly under the PDX flight path, so conversation is paused as planes fly over if you are outside. Try the brussel sprouts. I'm not a fan of brussel sprots and one of our companions declared that she would never eat them, but she tasted the 3 Sheets version and is a convert.
