   Decided to check out the new restaurant. The servors were very nice but not very knowledgable and not that fast. Went to the bar to get drink after it was sitting there for 5 minutes. Food was good but overpriced for what it is was

   We went here a year ago when it was Vana and absolutely loved it. When we returned this year, it was such a huge disappointment. While the server was super sweet. She had no idea what was on the menu or the different type of sushi. The food was overly salty and just not great quality overall.

   Great new food menu and concept. Perfectly blends Japanese sushi and Peruvian ceviche and other tapas style plates. Our whole family enjoyed the variety from omakase sushi platter to fish sandwiches and steaks. So much variety and excellent service. The ambiance under the large tree in the patio is so stylish.    Even though we had reservations they made us wait to be seated,, they look like they are not trained to be hosts. We waited one hour for our food and nobody even came to check on us .. sushi was okay,, the main dishes like the surf and turf and their salads are not worth ordering .. they charge $39 for something not worth eating not worth your money .. it’s one of the restaurants here on Maui I regret having dinner at and won’t be going back for a second time .. I was very disappointed with that place

   Had a great dinner with friends yesterday. We ordered a mix of sushi and ceviche. All items were great, fish was super fresh, mix of flavors were amazing. Beautiful ambience, great service, amazing food. We definitely recommend it.
