    I don't think the buffet is worth $85 a person. Food was bellow average, crab legs were small and the meat just shredded appart. Hand rolled sushi...bad, 7-11 makes better sushi than them. Service was good, always removed empty plates and server was attentive. All in all I would not recommend spending you money here.

    Quality of the food at the Sunday buffet has declined. Many dishes were dry (not fresh). Definitely did not feel the buffet was worth the price. There was a strand of long hair in one of the salad dishes that was on my plate. Brought it to the waiter’s attention. There was no apology nor accommodation for this incident. Very disappointing as this was one of our family’s go to Sunday brunch for special occasions.

    We enjoyed our dinner here. They keep the buffet well stocked and fresh, even late in the evening, which is wonderful! There's a decent variety of foods, not the best as far as options, but decent. Staff were attentive and friendly. There was great live music too.

    Really great buffet with a good assortment of food. Prime rib was really good and tender, the pork and chicken were also good. Really liked the salt and pepper shrimp. My friend's loved the crab legs of course. Desserts were pretty good as well, special shout outs to the choc mac nut pie. Servers are also fantastic. We had two birthdays and they helped us celebrate with tiramisu. We got a really quiet table at the back that was very close to the buffet too. 5 out of 5, would go again.

    Over priced for the amount of quality we get. There was only 4 kinds of desserts. 1 kind of sushi roll, and they didn’t refill the poke when we were there. The crab legs were very skinny, and my clam chowder had only potatoes and hardly any clams.

    ビュッフェかと思っていたら水曜日のディナーはアラカルトのメニューでした。どのメニューも美味しく、beef cheeksのマシュポテト乗せが美味しかったです。柚子胡椒やガリなどを使っていたりして日本人の口に合う料理だと思うのでディナーに迷っている方は絶対おすすめです。店内もとても綺麗で雰囲気もよく、楽天カードの支払いで10%割引になりました。ありがとうございました。

    We were disappointed in the quality of the seafood here, the calamari was deep fried and was burnt the first time. We accepted it was an overcooked batch, until it came out a second time in the same state, sadly. Crab legs although plentiful, had an off smell to them. Salad bar was fresh, prime rib was good. Other sides were dried out and not freshened up. Expected higher standard for price paid. I wouldnt return. Service was good overall.

    We enjoyed our first experiance at the Breakfast Buffet. Service was impeccible and the food delicous. We had the perfect table just close enough to the food offerings, but far enough to enjoy a quiet breakfast together. Made to order omelet was excellent. Thank you.

    The hosts were great in seating us in spite of the large number of people waiting. Our server Phillip, gave us excellent, attentive service. Food was very good, buffet line was constantly being refilled. For the first time since we have been dining there, parking was an issue. The drive-thru was coned off, so valet parking was not available. Drove to the top of the parking structure with no luck finding parking. Had to park at the Ilikai and walk in the rain to the Prince. Rather than the new Taste program, prefer the old Mahalo program. With some of the other Waikiki buffets, Dukes, Hyatt etc offering Kamaaina discounts, wish 100 Sails had continued offering discounts to locals.

    Very nice experience. Sashimi and seafood was very good (except fried calamari). Prime rib was good. The food isn’t the greatest, especially for the price, but it is a good meal.

    We were celebrating our engagement at the Prince Waikiki Luxury Hotel and dined at the 100 Sails Restaurant. They are the BEST! The hostess and the waiter were so nice and made our special night even more special. The food was good and we will definitely eat there again!

    Even though it’s a buffet, the servers are really at the top of their game and so friendly. Happy to tip over 20%, which isn’t always the case when I have to get my own food.

    Went for a la carte (non buffet night) and the food was not good. Fish of the day was over salted, the prime fillet was undercooked, the ribs were fatty and chewy, and the duck made one of us feel sick. This was for a special occasion so we were pretty disappointed. Servers were fantastic and the manager came out to check on us after we sent the fish back. Service is great, the location is great with a view and we saw the sunset from our table. The drinks were great as well, but the food needs a major overhaul. Too bad because we walked by several times and have family that live walking distance, so we hoped to make this one of our regular rotations. We heard the buffet is better but we won’t take another shot at it. Additionally Open Table sent them a request for the wrong number of people so they had to juggle things to get us the window seat we requested, but again, service was great but didn’t make up for the food.

    It was convenient because we booked our stay with the hotel. The server did an excellent job refilling our coffee and taking used dishes off our table. The food was delicious so I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat.

    The food was okay for the price. And it was Dungeness crab. Not Snow. Bad move already. That's what disappointed me the most. I was also looking forward to trying the bread pudding. Needless to say, it had me disenchanted. We went there for my mom's birthday so I didn't want to complain about the food and how it tasted and ruin the occasion. I surely won't rush back.

    Very nice array of food choices. Each station is separated and this helps with patrons not be crowded or standing in line to wait to get to the food choices they want. Everything went smooth and the service was very excellent.

    シーフードが多かったので、満足。プリンスホテル系なので日本人向けが多い印象。その割には地元の人が多く、店員さんも地元の人を優先するような感じはあった。全然、キャップかぶって半ズボン、とかの地元男性も多かった。 ただ、子供2人大人4人でビュッフェ料金のみで510ドルなので、思ったより高かった。

    Celebrated our mom’s 60th birthday with the entire family. 3 kids under 3, 1 big kid, and 9 adults. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the service and the overall company since it wasn’t too loud. Didn’t need to yell to have conversations.

    They had many food choices and all fresh hot and delicious. Severs are attentive and polite, asking how things are going, clearing away plates efficiently and refilling drinks when needed. Definitely recommend and will be back.

    The buffet was outstanding. Crab legs were the star. Perfectly cooked, fresh and ALL YOU CAN EAT. Shrimp was also very tasty. Service… meh. She was sweet when she dropped the check off.
