    The Food, service and entertainment was all excellent. Staff were very attentive. Only slight criticism is that our table for 2 was very close to the bar and when people loved their chairs away from the bar they were almost on top of us

    I can honestly say, a very extravagant high end first class establishment. Music, stage, lighting, sound… perfect. As for the food, far… FAR below average. To ask for a steak rare and to see the slightest pink on its arrival, is unacceptable…. 30 seconds on each side…. Not difficult…. questions need to be asked to the “chef”… THE worst steak I had ever eaten. No taste, constant chewing. Horrid. The venue is far beyond breathtaking. Two of our servers were an absolute gem, a constant smile, kind and attentive. Another had a broom stick far up somewhere and clearly thought he had upper status….. laughable… Clearly a designated manager.. whoever hired this person needs to work on their people characteristics. This personnel killed the energy of our night, not just ours, constantly in view, we had experienced his poor service amongst other tables. I am always happy to visit these high end restaurants and pay whatever the amount is and I’m sure my fellow foodies will agree with my next quote ….. “As long as it’s justified” To receive a bill of over £700 for a group of four. I’d expect standards to be met and beyond. This did not happen. We left hungry and disappointed. What I will say is… if you are going on a date for the first time and want to impress. This is your venue.

    A girls birthday celebration. Good was excellent and good value. Staff were very good and live music at the Saturday brunch was great. It made it quite loud but we could still easily have a conversation & a dance.

    We had an amazing night.. There is nothing lile a warm welcoming at a restaurant.. The gentleman who welcomed us was so polite and had all my requests which was also impressive.. Music was top notch.. Thank you Quaglino's for a remarkable night..
