    We have been to the restaurant before and had one of the best meals we ever had. We decided to return to celebrate a 21st birthday. It turned out to be a big mistake. Firstly we ordered some bread. There were five of us and only fours pieces of bread were delivered. The starters were good. I am dairy free and was advised against my chosen meal and was recommended the cod. I asked if I needed to order any sides and was informed the portion would be sufficient and if I was still hungry I could have a dessert. I was served a portion of cod. Only a piece of cod on a plate. When I questioned it I was told I could have my original choice after all. After a wait it was delivered. At that stage three out of five mains were on the table. They were then removed due to the other two mains not being ready. The two mains were then put on the table and after about 10 minutes the previously removed mains were put back on the table. One was luke warm and one had clearly just been put in a warming oven as it had gone dry. Two out of the three mains were very good ( the shared lamb). Two of us ordered desserts as we were still hungry. I ordered the vegan option and after about another 15 minutes I was informed that my choice was not available. I was offered an alternative but to be honest at that stage we just wanted to leave. It had taken three hours to have a two course meal. It was a real shame as we were really looking forward to something a lot better.

    Lovely restaurant, nice setting, good choice of food, but upon our food delivery the meal could have been much hotter that was the only downfall. Fab band and singing during our visit.

    my main course was cold…the noise level was too high, the service was so slow we left before they delivered the desert. The menu was very average and expensive for what you got…tables close to us were not happy either. We had a peanut anaphylactic at the table and the order was taken by the normal waiter who had just been doing the job for 2 weeks. No special menu or thought was given to the allergy which is extremely poor as even an average coffee shop caters and cares for allergies that can kill. We had our wedding reception at Quaglinos and we were disappointed at how third rate this iconic restaurant has become. Shame on you Quaglinos.

    Quaglinos has always been a special place for me - I've been many times and had amazing nights there. Unfortunately, we had Giuseppe as our server that evening, and his whole purpose was to get us out the door. He badgered us multiple times until we ordered, brought the food in literally 5 minutes, and then as much as pushed us out the door when done. I have never felt so rushed or harassed at a restaurant, much less Qualglinos, where I have been going for 30 years... Very disappointing.

    I took here my wife for a lovely and relaxing date. Never happened, Not really happy and a bit disappointed. Table located in the middle of waiters running around, bar and kitchen. The waiter unbelievable, she has been coming to our table every 5 minutes rushing to order and finish our dinner. I couldn't have a nice time chatting with my wife.. i was fuming. I order lamb and she rushed us to order telling the meet take long. I ordered well done ,the food came on the table in not even 10 minutes....and it was not even medium cook. I sent the food back and it came with no difference. Anyway i saw other people complaining and sending the food back. I can say i didn't have a good experience, definitely is not worth it for the price

    Entertainment was excellent, food was ok for a set brunch menu, service was disgusting. We waited 30 mins for 2 drinks, 3 ladies had unlimited Prosecco brunch and they had to keep asking for refills, no water on the table or ice and then charged £157 service charge on our bill!!! Much nicer places to go in London now for the same price
