   Quaglino’s is a beautiful venue; great decor, lovely ambience & delicious food. Our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our food choices & the live band playing were brilliant! The thing that has prevented me from giving 5 stars, was the service. There appears to be lots of staff in the restaurant, all running around busily; but there doesn’t seem to be much organisation amongst them. Whilst we could see a lot of supervisors giving out instructions, service was slow, and not overly friendly either. Whilst our food waiter took our order thoroughly (albeit after 30 minutes of being seated), we asked if we could order some drinks before we proceeded with food choices (nobody had offered any drinks in the first 30 mins). He informed us that it wasn’t his job to take drinks orders, so he’ll take our food order and then will ask for the Sommelier to come over. Again, after ordering our food and waiting a little longer, the Sommelier approached us; but with no conversation…just a simple “you wanted drinks?”. We ordered a few bottles of wine between us, which eventually arrived; but after pouring small glasses, he took them away and we constantly had to call various staff members over to ask for top ups of our wine. He never proactively approached us himself to top up our glasses or offer more. And I have to say, his customer service was non existent; he appeared to hate his job and didn’t offer one bit of conversation or friendliness. On one occasion when I asked if we had any wine left, he rolled his eyes and poured the remaining wine all into my glass, without offering any to the others who were drinking the same bottle. Like I say, the food was delicious & the live music was brilliant, but unfortunately the service let the experience down slightly and would be a factor in us considering whether to return. Due to the above, when we received a service charge of £109, we asked for it to be reduced. The service certainly didn’t justify such a large ‘tip’. Which is a shame.

   I've been to this restaurant a few times over the years, and it now seems like its had it's day. The servers were the best thing about it. However, the main waiter didn't even ask if our food was good, and only when called would come to our table. The restaurant was half empty. The food was poor for the price we paid. I had a sirloin steak that was average meat for £43. Should have been max £25. The quality of the food used to be much better a few years ago. It was okay but I won't be returning.

   We went to celebrate my daughters birthday it was fab the band were amazing atmosphere lovely food great we will be back !!’

   The venue is beautiful. The music/entertainment was really good. I visited with 5 friends and we all had extremely good food. The service was very slow but that didn't stop us enjoying the evening as the music entertained us. We had to ask a few times for wine/bread/sauce as it didn't arrive very quickly which is disappointing when you are waiting to eat your food and the accompaniments are missing for a long time. Be aware of the 15% service charge and they also charge £10 each for the music. All in all it was a great experience and will return.

   Such a great venue for a date as well as a larger party. Super staff, sophisticated ambience, live music. Smallish menu, but excellent quality for catering on such a scale. Expensive, but par for the course in London. A great night out!

   Booked for a celebration and asked for a good seat my goodness we got that right in front of the stage fantastic! Service was second to none given how busy it was and everything was perfect for us. We enjoyed the live music the only thing we thought was lacking was the wine list did not have a lot of choice at the lower end of the price range. Cocktails were great with a clear amount of alcohol. Perfect place for us to celebrate we enjoyed every minute. We had realised after when my son ordered the faberge egg dessert that we could have had 20% off our bill by quoting faberge when booking we were sorry we had missed this offer and weren’t sure if open table would facilitate this.

    A really disappointing experience. We came to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday and had a less than average time. Music too loud, service too slow (we obviously weren’t trendy enough as other tables were getting looked after far better) overcharged considerably on the bill (by £100) and things we ordered never arrived. Would not recommend this in any way shape or form other than the food which was reasonably good. I had been waiting a long time to experience Quaglino’s - it will be a long time until I am back, if I am at all. Major disappointment.
