It was overall good. We were sat at a lovely table close to the stage. Initially service was good, we were attended too accordingly. However, as the evening went on, we had to wait a while before plates were cleared. It seems initially we were quick to be served when it comes to first orders and when ordering drinks it seemed almost rushed in a way, but by the time dessert menus were given to us, we had to wait quite a significant time before being asked whether we wanted to order. At this moment, we decided to not order anytbing as too much time has pass and we were put off. We appreciate it can be busy, but what's to stop other team members serving us? We were walked past by others who can clearly see we were waiting to order, but completely ignored.

Very nice atmosphere the singer girl was excellent and made the vibe even better. Food was hot and tasty. Service was slow due to numbers of people dinning. We waited 30 mins for our table. We were a bit surprised by the charge per person for the music and then a tip included onto this. I don’t think this was clear and should be set out at the outset.

Back in the day Quaglinos was a fine dining experience with excellent service and food. I booked the Sunday Lunch with Soul for a girlie Christmas treat. Our booking was for 3.00 , and knowing how they like you to be on time, we turned up 10 minutes early and were sent to the bar. After around 20 minutes we started chasing up our seating as we could see tables becoming available, eventually someone came to take us to our table at 3.45 . Other people who had arrived after us had already been sat down. We were put in the corner by the till despite tables being free in the middle . They did move us in the end. The service was incredibly slow and we ended up getting our main course at 4.50 and had to eat whilst everyone danced around us for the last act of the day . We had booked for 3.00 thinking we would be dancing by then. The food was very average and we felt that for £75 each it should have been of a much better standard. Never again! and this is the feedback we had from a lot of other customers

We walked in and WOW what an amazing venue, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was amazing and the music from Dee was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this amazing place and I can’t wait to come again.

If you book an early sitting your table is yours for 2 hours and then they ask you to leave. On Saturday my order was taken 30 mins after my booking time. They asked us to leave evan before we had seen the dessert menu. I was not happy. They charged us 15% service for service that lent across you and charged music fee. Which came to an extra £150. I think they are taking advantage. I will not be going back.

Great afternoon. We had a live band that were excellent. They went to each table for their music request and delivered every time. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We had a 2 hour slot. We were able to stay longer and were not rushed at all. We had the brunch menu which was a set price. For the mains you had only the meat or fish and had to pay extra for vegetables and chips.

We were booked to eat at 9.45 and were not offered a table until 10.30 which was too late so we did not get a meal. Still spent over £100 on wine.

Service was distinctly average and slow but as the 2 hour limit loomed, we were rushed ridiculously - quite rude and off hand waiter, not efficient. Very noisy environment which was fine but quite chaotic. Food was ok but expensive for quality supplied - no more than average!

Overall good. Good food. Nice music. Too commercial. Late with starters and mains therefore we missed our reservation at the next bar (meaning £200 charge as a no show) and all they would offer is a 20 minute space at the bar. Customer service lacking
