We partner with only sustainable oyster farms and fisheries and have our seafood flown in from around the world. Private Dining

Spruce Farm & Fish can accommodate up to 100 people. We offer full rental or partial rental of the restaurant space. Spruce offers the space for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, or Dinner. Perfect location for rehearsal dinners, goodbye brunches, or business meetings. There are also private rooms available for rent through the Hotel Boulderado and we will supply the food. There are a variety of rooms available for different party sizes.
