Inspired by the Hawaiian mai ka la hiki a ka la kau – “sunrise to sunset” – LA HIKI KITCHEN is a modern update on the exotic pan-Asian restaurants of yesteryear. Here, traditional favorites and dishes inspired by local ingredients are presented for breakfast, and the breakfast and dinner menus take guests on a tour through the best of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines.
