The “Executive Suite” is available for private parties on the following terms: $1600.00 minimum (food and beverage) Sunday through Thursday; $3000.00 minimum (F&B) Fridays, Saturdays, and select holidays. Gratuity: 18% on food and beverage (minimum charge) to be paid to your servers. Hy’s can create a menu to fit your special occasion or you can choose from our set menus below* Private entertainment requires prior written approval of Hy’s management so that other diners will not be disturbed. Deposit/Credit Card Policy: To reserve our private room a credit card or cash in the amount of $25.00 per guest is required. The deposit will be applied to your bill as a credit. Cancellation fee: 100% of the deposit will be charged if the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event. Other charges: If special arrangements are required, such as a special order cake, flowers, or other embellishments requested by the host, that charge will be added to your bill.
