Great service... even better view! Delicious seafood dinner.
What a wonderful evening at PCG!! Fantastic cocktails, delicious food and friendly staff. We love coming here and we’re so happy that the long Covid shut down did not impact their quality of food or service-
Number one dinning best place to take a date. Will be returning at a later date.
Very nice, peaceful evening with great seafood
Amazing food, quick service & amazing views!
Food was delicious, the view was beautiful, and the waiter was an angel!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fancier
the food was amazing. the setting and ambiance was great. nothing but good things about this place.
Food was delicious and service was great!
Portland City Grill on the 30th floor, what a view. COVID and snow provided a special setting. Few diners, amazing view of the snow in downtown coupled with amazing food and personal service. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
As Portland opens back up, I was excited to take my daughter to PC Grill for an amazing snowy view overlooking the city.. unfortunately, the dinner was very average, crab cakes had shells, no kids menu (offered burger or noodles with butter) and the cioppino lacked broth, came with one burnt toast.
Upside, service and view are always on point but for $100+ dinner for my daughter and I... I know other places in town that serve up amazing dishes, minus the view.
Great place for happy hour, drinks and incredible view. Food is average for price, best to go during happy hour.
We had a fantastic meal! Our service was great; Shane was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. The food was incredible and of course, you couldn't beat the view! We will definitely be dining here again during our next visit to Portland.
If you want a great view of Portland with awesome food and excellent service come here even though locals will tell you otherwise.
Chef was awesome. Visiting our table. Erik was his name and he should be GM.
Really great food and service we have been there multiple times and will always continue to come back again
Unbelievable Experience, the waitstaff was superb in recommendations from wine list to the entrees! The ambiance and view was beyond gorgeous! The only thing better was the fusion of flavors that danced on our palates! Simply Amazing!!
With Covid-19 guidelines, the main bar was closed which is a plus and minus - It was always great to see so many people gathered together and live piano music.
The experience now was great - very quiet, romantic, and great service!
One of the best food experiences I've ever had. The halibut was perfectly prepared and the service was great!
Great place to enjoy the ambiance and have some great food.
A unique place with a beautiful view of Portland. The food is delicious. One of our favorite restaurants.
PCG is one of 3 go-to restaurants on my list when I want to celebrate something special or have a 5-star meal. The view is amazing and sets the tone for the high quality service and food.
Sat at the table closest to the kitchen in the far back. Server took 15-20 to meet us, a different server got us drinks in the mean time. Food was $$ and portions were not great.
I had an amazing date ,excellent food and tasty.I felt very comfortable all night long.I wanna go back for sure!!
Our dinner was excellent and we had great service the whole. The view of course is amazing!!
Very friendly. We were an hour early for reservation. They made room for us. Service was great. Food was amazing. Views incredible
The food was absolutely amazing; the staff was professional, warm, and friendly; and our server went above and beyond and noticed the birthday card on the table to my significant other, and she surprised us with a desert topped with a birthday candle. It was a wonderful experience.
the waygu rib eye was amazing ----they did forget my order however made up for it.
Cassandra our waitress was perfect in every way- her suggestions, service, attitude spot on!
Thank you Cassandra!
Our overall experience was decent. Food was just okay. We had the sirloin and lobster claw special and the lobster was bland. Was not good at all. The steak was good though. The dessert and drinks were the best part as well as the view. When coming back to Portland we are not sure if we will come back to this restaurant due to the food not being good.
It was a birthday
Beautiful View. Excellent Crab Cakes. Perfect first time back out after lockdown
Very pleasant dinner. The view is amazing. Our waiter was so very good and courteous. Everything was worth it.
View was amazing. Service was great. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Definitely recommend!
Just cannot beat the view on a clear evening. I appreciated the staff working with me to get a window seat for a special 1st date. Waiter and table service as good as it gets. Crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had. It’s spendy but worth it for a special occasion. Don’t forget that the grill will validate your parking ticket for 2-1/2 hours.
My mom came to visit me from New Mexico and I wanted to take her to dinner. We randomly chose Portland City Grill in Open Table and it turned out much better than we anticipated! Beautiful city views, delicious food, and superb service. The felt mignon was cooked perfectly. That salmon was delicious. And the creme brûlée was the best we’ve ever had. We would have loved to sit by the window but our table was still nice. Would definitely recommend.
A nice place to celebrate a birthday—beautiful views of the city from our window table. The food was adequate, although I ordered Surf and turf with steak and SALMON, and what I got was halibut instead; my friend’s meal was cool to the touch when it arrived at our table, so we sent it back and they warmed it up for her. I ended up topping up our wine glasses twice, rather than the waiter attending to it. Other than that, it was a nice evening.
Our waiter was a little awkward. Did not clarify our orders, made weird jokes. We had to fake laugh to not make it more awkward.
It was a very good place to eat even though they should add some more things to the menu. It has a good view to Portland city, but it would be nice if there’s foods to be added that you could actually pronounce.
A fantastic melt in your mouth ribeye! Very good service. Money well spent.
