outstanding
Nice courtyard with a garden. Better than eating in a tent.
Very good service. A little expensive but will be happy to come back.
Always the best, plenty of space between tables, staff was extremely diligent about Covid protocols from Valet to host stand to wait staff.
We had the most lovely outdoor lunch at the Polo lounge. The waiter was helpful and professional. The table timing was excellent and the food was outstanding. Going to the Polo lounge is not an inexpensive venture but these days in Covid we rarely get out so it was an absolute lovely lunch.
The host was rude, (like really rude) and the way we were treated ruined the lunch. Xo
Superb as always!
Service was rude. Manager was rude. Hair in my food. Knocked over my drink and didn’t apologize. Overall, poor experience compared to the other times I have been there.
Waitress was so friendly and we talked about ensuring her protection by wearing a mask while she took our orders but she gave us so much confidence that the hotel management cared fir her safety given her protection masks. Wish I could remember her name but LA girl through and through.
Great service. Always great service and food!
Not so welcoming staff even though we were staying at one of their bungalows
Valentine’s Day
The quintessential LA breakfast spot! We scored a booth and enjoyed the privacy, the beautiful view and we were spoiled by outstanding service and delicious food & drink. Such a special place to dine. We were celebrating a milestone birthday.
Wonderful Valentine’s Day celebration at the Polo Lounge! The food was amazing and kept coming and coming with the special Valentine’s Day menu! Outside and tables separated quite a bit so we felt very safe. We can’t wait to go back!
Valentine’s Day
Wish there was more vegan options, but loved what I got that was vegan.
Outstanding and divine in every way 🙏
No specific dress code mentioned
We walked in wearing nice clothes but one of our party members had a rip in their jeans. And we were going to be turned away. But they allow persons to dine wearing 18 year old loafers
Rip curl shirt and khakis saying they are abiding by the dress code. So rip jeans doesn’t fly but khaki shorts and a basic shirt are formal?
Joke of a dress code no caps are allowed but fedoras are okay. Very weird management.
Only positive thing was the food and my waiter.
50 characters - let's cut that amount down and begin with: 1) Shrek; 2) the Tin Man; 3) Elaine Benes; 4) Holly Golightly; 5) Spider Man; 6) Caesar; 7) Buzz Lightyear; 8) Captain Jack Sparrow; 9) Ron Burgundy; 10) Batman; 11) Xena; 12) Rachel; 13) Lucy Riccardo; 14) Jason Bourne; 15) Mary Poppins; etc, etc, etc. None of them were there but still had a good time.
Lovely experience from beginning to end.
I had the mulled wine and the filet mignon. It was the best filet I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. I highly recommend it. I wish they had a few more heaters outside because it was a cold night, but overall it was great service and amazing food.
Always a pleasure dining at the Polo Lounge!
It was a beautiful evening. The service was amazing and the food perfect.
We will see you soon.
The management is terrible and the restaurant seems to be going downhill every time we go there. They tried to seat A party of four at a cocktail table in a makeshift cabana near the parking lot that may be could sit one person comfortably. Everyone there seems miserable and the food is overpriced and mediocre.
The best in town. Great experience, amazing food, impeccable service, the ambiance... A solid mood enhancer!
Meh. The new tent for parties of two is weird and has NO ambiance or charm. The service was just ok.
Love this place normally but are waiter was super rude and not accommodating. Maybe he was having a bad day but he definitely needed an attitude adjustment. For the prices you would expect a better attitude.
No dogs allowed
The dinner itself was very good. At this level of dining, the hotel should have done a better job in creating an outdoor experience during safe Covid measures. I truly felt abandoned on some far reaching patio sitting in a children's dining room when the adults had their own areas. I was celebrating my birthday a few days early so i could be at the Polo Lounge as all restaurants were about to be locked down due to an increase in testing positivity. I should have saved my money as the ambiance was not commensurate with the expected experience.
Spent the afternoon on the patio celebrating my dear friend’s birthday. The service is always top notch. The tables felt appropriate socially distanced.
Amazing food and service not to mention the patio's cleanliness.
There was a hair baked into my soufflé which ruined the entire experience. So sad because the Polo Lounge never disappoints and this has never happened before.
The ICONIC BH Hotel restaurant never disappoints!!
It was a special night. Great food and service in a beautiful setting.
Because of Covid we had to sit in no mans land . It was very chilly & it wasn’t
Noticed that our heater wasn’t turned up enough to help. We expressed dismay to the server & manager ,& they were apologetic. Otherwise the service was excellent &
Attentive.
It just took a while to be waited on!
It was a dream of mine to dine here! I finally got the chance and it was everything I imagined it to be! The service was amazing. You must try the truffle fries if you go!!!
Amazing place to visit from out the State. Breakfast is excellent.
It was amazing! Definitely will recommend to my family and friends!
Definitely paying for the experience but it’s a great one! Thank you!
Always superb in every way. The best place for lunch (dinner) in Los Angeles!
I took a friend here for a very special birthday, and the 4 of us just loved the experience. Our food was delicious, all of it, and the staff couldn't have been more considerate and attentive. (the surprise birthday cake's decorations were lovely!)
