Got there about 45 min early than our reservation time to have a drink at the bar. Checked in with hostess. At reservation time, had to check in with her again as she kept seating multiple two tops before calling us over. Had to stand at hostess stand and wait... Absolutely awful service. Waiter was present only at the table 3 times. Water never filled. Had to ask about specials. Pre ordered soufflé and never asked about coffee or tea. Shocked at how bad the service was.

Hi - I made a reservation for my daughters' bday, but the server forgot the cake! I reached out to the restaurant and they got back to me IMMEDIATELY with an apology and an offer to have a special bday dessert on them - we can't wait to go back!

Service was excellent. Food was average when it should have been exceptional for the high price. Ambiance was nice although my seat was by the waiters’ station which was a little uncomfortable and there were plenty of empty seats. If you want to experience it go but be willing to pay a high price for average food. Hotel security yelled at us for taking a photo of the iconic building. We were doing so respectfully and there was no sign preventing this.

As a part of a yearly Christmas tradition, my husband and I have spent the last few years at the Polo Lounge. It is something we’ve always looked forward to and it pains me to say that I do not think we’ll be back after the disappointing service. Our reservation was at 3pm and while I do have knowledge of break time and transition from lunch to dinner service, it does not justify the lack of follow up, service, or attention that we had on Wednesday. The server had forgotten a beverage, never to return after. We had to reach out to a backwaiter to get the bill and subsequently left after as we were barely tended to for over 20 minutes. Sad to say that it our tradition has ended at your beautiful restaurant.

Arguably one of the most iconic dining experiences in LA. The food never disappoints and the drinks are delicious. Highly recommend for your dates and special occasions.

Terrible service. The place was slow at 2:30 and it took us over 20 minutes to even get our drinks and then no other meaningful service until the food was received.

I went booked this through my reward points. I used the app and pulled up my $10 reward card. They wouldn’t take it at the restaurant. They ended up taking $10 off after I talked to a manager but now I lost all those points I could have used at a different restaurant.
