Located at the top of the Bridger Gondola, Piste Mountain Bistro is a lively dining experience that has quickly become a favorite of visitors. Enjoy a variety of savory options that will make you yearn for your next visit. The menu features American cuisine with Rocky Mountain roots where seasonal dishes are enhanced by locally-sourced ingredients. Come join us and enjoy the best views in Jackson Hole!

Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. Available from 5:30pm-8:30pm June10th through September 11th for dinner only.

Please contact Piste@JacksonHole.com for parties of 7 or more. Due to being a small restaurant booking multiple reservations for large parties does not guarantee seating together or close together.

*Guests with confirmed Piste dinner reservations are provided complimentary access to the Bridger Gondola. Guests accessing The Deck and do not plan on dining in Piste are required to purchase Gondola tickets from the main ticketing office.

This was our first time at Piste Mountain Bistro. 10/10 food, 10/10 atmosphere, 10/10 service. The music was great, seating was comfortable and spacious. We were the last guests in the restaurant and we never felt rushed to leave. It was a good experience over all. The weather was not great, overcast and foggy, but we will be back for sure! The gondola ride was pretty smooth and comfortable as well, great views! Definitely put this on your list of things to do/see while in Wyoming!

Can't beat this experience...dining at 9,000 feet! The view is unreal. If you are in Grand Teton area - and especially if you are in Teton Village...go to Piste Mountain Bistro.

Really enjoyed Piste Mountain bistro. Ambience is excellent, view exceeds expectations. We were lucky to see a full moon rise. They were playing great background music in the restaurant. Food was excellent and service was great. Definitely recommend. Also so much fun to ride the gondola up and back to dinner

View is incredible and what makes coming here worth it. Food was just ok. Arancini app was very tasty but our entrees fell flat. Had the herb chicken and it was very one note. My husband had the chicken crab pie which looked fantastic and tasted nice but was very minimal on the actual filling - basically 2 small pieces of each protein (crab, sausage and chicken). Overall for the entree prices and the sort of lack luster food our dinner was just so so

Patio view was exceptional. Piste food was good but over priced for size and quality. Next time skip the restaurant and sit on the patio. You can eat/drink and listen to music without the over inflated price

Great venue for an amazing view. The food is a bit over priced and seemed very radish heavy. Our meals were just okay. The chicken was super lemony and the crab pot pie had only two tiny pieces of crab. Not great value but they did meet our request for a window table. Server was fine.

From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, not one person we encountered, from the hostess, to the bartender to the waiter was welcoming nor friendly. In fact, no one smiled at our group of five women, the entire night. The food was mediocre, service was acceptable but again, no one seemed happy to be serving us. The view was beautiful but not worth it. We will not return.

Very interesting menu. Both the food and presentation were very good. Bring a sweater or jacket if you are dining after 7 pm. One side of the restaurant is open to the valley.

Wish you had more menu suggestions. The elk was good but other dishes had too many sauces or compliments. I could not bring several friends as they probably would have wanted to eat off the children's menu. What about adding a basic hamburger , fries and a green lettuce salad?

Our group of 5 were one of the first tables to be seated for dinner and it took over an hour an a half to get our food. The waitress said it was because they served all the tables their appetizers first. We think she forgot to put in our order because the table beside us had apps and dinner and got their check before our food showed up. The waitress did not stop by to fill our water glasses nor ask if we wanted another round of cocktails the entire time we were waiting. After an hour and a half, we asked for the manager and said we were going to leave if our food was not brought out in next 10 min. Our dinners did show up in 10 min. The manager offered complimentary desert but we were tired of sitting by that time. (About 2 hours total now with 4 adults and a 6 yr old ) The food was good, but the service and staff was definitely lacking. Not the experience we were hoping to share with our family that was in town visiting.

The location, views, and menu were excellent. The staff were really friendly, but we were left unattended for long periods after being seated and after ordering drinks. Nobody checked on us after the meals arrived. We ordered wine which never came. The server then brought a wine list to us after our entrees had been cleared away. We would definitely eat here again, but felt rather abandoned when other tables that came in after us were served and left before us and were checked on multiple times, had drinks replenished, etc.

Wildly overpriced, tiny proportions, food was “meh.” Not a lot of choices for kids and/or teens. I recommend eating outside with that menu & enjoy the setting rather than eating inside and suffering through their menu. If you’re in Teton Village and want an overpriced meal that actually tastes good, go to the Mangy Moose.
