Outside dining is lovely. Food is good but not great. Service is good but not great. It was convenient to eat there before our concert and we had a party of 6. It was perfect for what we wanted and our schedule.
Great food, wonderful atmosphere outside. The service was excellent!
Very attentive staff... great meal
... prices on everything are way up all over the place... let's go brandon!!!!
Said we were splitting salads. Did not bring extra plates and when asked for them they were just dropped on the table.
Also, people next to us sat down after us, got their food and got check before we even got our meal! Very slow for only 4 people.
Outside patio very comfy. Elizabeth, Fernando, Tako, Tracey all great!!!
First of all, this is NOT an Italian restaurant, at least not at lunch time. The only thing on the menu that is remotely Italian is cheese pizza. I was seated indoors, and was the only one in there. A few parties were seated outside. The restaurant was by no means busy. I ordered a Turkey panini, no mustard (it came with cranberry Mayo) and because I don’t like arugula, I requested the Bibb lettuce that was listed on other sandwiches.
After waiting nearly half an hour for the sandwich, it came out with no cranberry Mayo and no greens at all. I waited a few minutes but didn’t see the server. I took the sandwich to the front of the restaurant and waited. The server finally materialized, so I explained that this was not what I ordered.
A new sandwich was brought out with mixed salad greens on it, not the Bibb lettuce I ordered. Mixed greens contain arugula, which I can’t stand. On the way out I spoke with a manager that was there (I don’t recall his name) and he said the meal would be comped. It’s been three days and it still shows on my credit card.
It was good. Buffet was a rip off. The screwdriver they made for me looked nice.
My sons birthday
The service was slow; the hotel was under renovation so the ambience was affected.
Lovely setting, good service, mediocre food, poor coffee, high price (well, it's a golf resort).
Limited menu. Food very good.
Everyone, Tracey, Lance, Chris, Angel and the bussers are so kind, competent and courteous! Always a family feel for us!
The food is always fabulous and the service was great. But there was a dog was at a dining table outside around the corner from us and the the barked the whole time.
Great service from Elizabeth. Sitting outside was lovely & food was great. Nice evening!
Service was great, food very good. Patio lovely and quiet, music was jazz very nice will go back
Some food came out cold. Took a very long time. Servers were great. The bus girl was delightful. Salmon was under cooked Have eaten here before and it was fine. This meal was not good at all
Food was delicious and accompanied by a great bottle of Petit Syrah, very reasonably priced. Wonderful service by Ariel who made this an overall terrific dining experience! We will be back! Thanks to all at the Westin Mission Hills.
Food and service were excellent. Lots of outside dining available.
The table that had been set up for us *would* have been a delightful view except for the construction that was occurring about 30 feet away. The construction noise and dust was offensive!
Both the turkey and grilled chicken sandwiches were unduly dry and not particularly flavorful.
We were the only customers in the restaurant but, the service was what one would have expected if they were busy
Great food. Excellent service. Salmon and Branzino were delicious!
Good food and service. Nice options from fish to meat. Excellent bread and wine options were broad. We will go back!
Horrible. From the start, where we were waiting for service to actually show up to work, to the end, where service made us wait another 30 minutes only to squeak that their payment system was down, it was a shitshow.
As you can infer, the service was absolutely the worst aspect of our experience. Service seemed to spend more time hiding from work than actually showing up and helping customers.
We waited 30 minutes before service woke up from their nap and showed up, in the nick of time as we were about to walk out. I wish we had. The remainder of the dinner was effectively an endless series of waits punctuated by a handful of excuses and other rubbish.
This was compounded by the utter lack of communication. Multiple items were substituted in what we ordered - which we did not request or want - and service only admitted to these when pressed. The “tiger prawns” in the scampi were substituted with low grade shrimp. Service then made numerous excuses about what supplies the kitchen ran out of. That should have been the first thing to come out of their mouths.
The food we “ordered” might have been ok, but with the undesired substitutions, we really couldn’t eat it, leaving most behind.
As if this weren’t enough, service vanished yet again for 30 minutes to run our payment. They returned with another excuse - this time the payment system crashed - and wrote our card number on a slip of paper (without our consent) to run when the system came back online.
The only good in this experience was the hotel valet. He possessed a professionalism and positive attitude which the restaurant could learn from.
Limited menu. Food was just ok. And the ambiance was depressing because it was almost empty and the resort is under construction right behind the restaurant.
Large family dinner after long day traveling , excellent service and good food DD. We may have driven the waitstaff crazy but they were awesome. What a wonderful surprise for hotel restaurant.
Lovely setting (outside), great for people-watching. We did have a struggle dealing with the flies, but that’s not something we can blame the restaurant for. It was, sincerely, an elegant Saturday morning brunch and we’ll do it again.
Ariel was terrific. She made the dining experience much more enjoyable. Good portion size and nice ambiance.
So so. Patrons weren’t dressed for a nice dinner. Some men wore golf hats.
It was great to have breakfast at this restaurant. The food is exquisite and delicious.
Will never eat here again. Everything about this restaurant was lacking. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, despite the fact that we had a reservation. The host actually asked if we'd been helped yet when SHE was the one who had checked us in 15 minutes prior and told us we'd be seated 'right away'. The server was then curt with me when I asked if I could have my steak prepared well done. The food itself was less than mediocre. From the meat (flank steak) to the chicken (chix parm) and even the dessert (apple tart), everything tasted as if it was frozen and reheated. We ate there out of convenience, since we were staying at the hotel, but I would've happily driven elsewhere if I'd known the food and overall experience would have been so lousy.
The food & service was outstanding. My husband had the ribeye cooked perfectly and I had the shrimp scampi with pasta. It was fresh & delicious. Our server Angel was outstanding. The attention given to our questions was impressive.
Could not ask for a better staff. Fun and very good!
The food was excellent. However the grounds were under construction. (not mentioned on their website). Also open table gave me a seat for 4:45 but the restaurant didn't open until 5:30 pm. Although I was disappointed to miss out on the beautiful grounds I enjoyed in the past, the friendliness of the staff made up for it. I enjoyed my meal and was happy to visit again.
We got there as it opened. There were four of us and we all loved our meals. Friendly staff. We were the only ones inside last night.
Every employee there are wonderful! Excited about all the renovations at the resort!
Our server Elizabeth was fantastic, And the food was excellent! Eating outside during the summer months in Palm Springs can be a bit Chancey because of the heat, but the weather was perfect for outdoor dining. We definitely will go back during the cooler months.
Wonderful staff! Always a pleasant experience! Everyone there always makes us feel like we are the only ones there!
As always it was terrific all around. The staff is amazing
Staff is wonderful!
Wonderful people! Aerial, Tracy, lance, angel, etc!!! Very pleasant!
Exceptional wait staff, server was excellent. Quiet evening with friends. Restaurant is not too busy during the summer season so easy to book a time.
