Pinzimini provides the guest with an experience of dining in a modern, energetic atmosphere while enjoying a menu featuring a variety of high-quality grilled meats, exceptional salads, and simple pastas containing accents of Tuscan-style cuisine. All meals begin with our signature Pinzimini Bread Service and Chef's amuse, which is an old Italian ritual where extra virgin olive oil is infused with rosemary, sage, oregano, garlic and/or sea salt, and is served with fresh, crusty bread for dipping.

I really liked this restaurant and would not hesitate to return. If you love Calamari like me be sure to order it. Might be the best I ever had!

Service was quite good even though the back waiter was a little inexperienced. Ambience nice however it is a bit on the noisy side.

Great location; wonderful food and Jose was terrific! Go on the weekend for their hearty brunch; one of the area's best. Valet parking; as convenient it gets. When you're in the Palm Desert area, this is the place to be (and a great hotel at which to stay)!

Beautiful restaurant! Food and wine were great! Server was not friendly and seemed to "assume" things about us. For example, he picked up our wine glasses when we arrived before asking if we wanted wine this evening. When we asked him for a particular wine, he quickly stated that it was not sold by the glass only the bottle....we wanted a bottle which was why we chose that particular wine. Throughout the entire meal, he seemed to be bothered by our presence but when two couples arrived together that he apparently knew, he was all smiles. Just seemed he could have been nicer to the "tourists" as we may or may not return.

People! You really need to go here more often. It is one of the best restaurants around - by far. Every time we go, they treat us like royalty here - love it! Great food, great service, and great atmosphere - you just can't beat it. A little bit of a drive to get here - but, very worth it. Thanks again Pinzimini - you hit it out of the park.

I wish I could give Pinzimini a good review, but the gluten free pizza I had was tasteless and watery. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The edges were slightly burned and the rest of the crust was like cardboard. I know there are good gluten-free crusts out there (Stuft Pizza), but this one was not worth wasting calories on. The other people I dined with liked the pizza they got (not gluten free), but said the pasta dish was just okay. The other thing we didn't like was, when we were done with our food, it took forever to get our check. I probably will not return, except maybe for appys.

We were provided with the best service from Elizabeth. She explained the daily specials in great detail. We were pleased to see that the Lasagna by popular demand was returned to the dinner menu. If you like Lasagna, you won’t go wrong ordering this entree, as it is fantastic.

The great table service from Elizabeth and the wait staff made for a very enjoyable evening.

We went for Easter brunch as we have the past 10+ years. The buffet was very disappointing! Food selection was very minimal compared to other years. No Easter ambience at all in decor. The price for Easter brunch was priced too high for what they had available. The hostesses were very rude when they couldn’t find my reservation even though I had an email confirmation, text and they had called to confirm the reservation day before. The server was very friendly and accommodating and apologized for the disappointment in the food selection for an Easter brunch.

We love this restaurant. Having been multiple times while staying at the Westin, and even just in the area, it is a great place. The staff make the event special and the food is always well executed (including the desserts). I this is one of my all time favorites. Highly recommended.

Chicken Parm was burnt on the bottom but covered with sauce as if to hide it. Restaurant was empty and yet it took 25 minutes to be served. And then it was burnt. By the time the replacement came the side dishes, which had been left behind, were cold and unappetizing. I wasn’t hungry anymore and ate only a few bites. Server never commented on that, did not offer to discount or take anything off the check, and left because it was the end of her shift at 8 PM. I sat there for another 30 minutes and no one else came by to see if I needed anything else. Very disappointed

I ordered chicken parmigiana it was one small chicken breast and small amount of pasta for 36 dollars. Well overpriced and could not compare to food from the northeast. I will say the chief sent out an appetizer of shrimp rosado for making my reservation on open table. That was very good

This was our first trip the restaurant. It was not crowded for a Saturday at 7:30. The outside dining / resort view was great. The drinks were good. They were out of my wife's requested wine, but substituted an upgrade automatically. My wife had the chicken parm. and I had the stuffed chicken breast. Both were great and enough for lunch the next day.

Convenient for Weston guests but really disappointing and overpriced food. The salmon was mushy with soft veggies and the kids tacos were heavily salted and peppered. The service was lovely and accommodating.

Very disappointing for the signature restaurant at an upscale resort. It started well; our server was lively, engaged and attentive in making suggestions and taking our order. However, while my wife's rare steak was perfect my medium-rare steak arrived medium (though the flavor was fine). Our companion's second beer never arrived, though it appeared on the check and had to be backed out. The recommended wine was excellent, but the dessert options were uninspired, so we passed - most unusual for us! Our server promised to bring us take-out boxes for the unfinished portions of our meals, but was never seen again; we asked the busser for some, and she brought them promptly. Not the experience we'd been looking forward to on our last evening at the property, and a very disappointing drop in standards for a Westin hotel.

Lovely location on the patio makes the ambiance the major asset here. We started with the fried calamari which was actually quite tasty. We then both ordered the special prime rib and that was a huge mistake. The beef was incredibly tough and tastless. My mashed potatoes were only warm, not hot, and my husband’s baked potato was not cooked through. We asked for, and received, one of the meals free. We would not eat here again, which is too bad given the lovely setting. They should do much better given it is a Westin.

We didn't stay at the Westin hotel, but we were there for lunch. Lunch was very good. The food was all very good (there were 5 of us). Try the Volcano pizza! The cost was higher than a typical lunch-out, but not unreasonable for a hotel. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We would dine there again if in the area.

The restaurant was lovely but service was slow, did not like our pasta at all nor was it as described in the menu. It said sun dried tomatoes and the tomatoes were fresh tomatoes the butter sauce was more of a tomatoe sauce and the shrimp was fishy and not quite done. we ate a few bites and left the rest dessert was just okay. On a positive note, the buffalo mozzarella appetizer with fig jam was fantastic.

After a long day of travel, my wife and I were looking forward to a delicious dinner before calling it a night. We were not disappointed. We split a Burrata and Prosciutto salad, then, split the rack of lamb. The salad was very good, and the lamb was cooked to perfection. But what made the evening special was the delightful service from our server, Isabella. She is attentive, personable, learns what her guests like, and makes appropriate recommendations. Most importantly though, she seems to genuinely enjoy her job.

Beautiful architecture, very attentive and knowledgeable service, good and reasonably priced wine list, but the food was mixed. Our party of 4 tried 2 main courses and one was good (chicken parmesan) and one was very disapointing (paparadelle with spinach and shrimp). We won't be going back.

This was our second time visiting Pinzimini and it was as exceptional as expected. We had booked our table online and were rewarded with a scrumptious appetizer because of that: Tiger shrimp with ossobuco and greens. Mmmmmm. Our waitress was exceptional with her timing, knowledge of the food and beverages and our food was delightful. No wonder the place was packed full with happy people and we will definitely be back.
