Great food to go with your favorite Falkner wine. Panoramic view overlooking the wine field. The Falkner winery is right next door. Service was excellent. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.
Wanted to eat there many times but couldn't quite schedule. Our party was not disappointed. View and food were simply wonderful..Staff efficient and friendly....Highly recommend.
It was Father’s Day so service was not as good as we would have liked. When you ask a waiter how his day has been and he tells you not very good you already prepare yourself.... The food seemed like it may have been cooked ahead, the octopus was very mushy. Luckily we have been here before so hopefully this was just one of those off days. It actually wasn’t even that crowded so I can’t really blame it on being too busy. We’ll be back though, the view is great!
this was my third visit. the food is between good and passable. Pricey! Way too much salt in the lobster salad sandwich served on dry bread. Very good daily soup. Burger was cooked perfectly and enjoyed. Pasta was overcooked. They probably need a real chef. The setting is intriguing although it fails to include vineyards in the view which is why you go to begin with. I like the efficient, feisty waitstaff.
Everything was very good, including (of course) the wine.
Enjoyed the tasting room location. The restaurant was much too loud for any kind of conversation. Food was good but pricey. The waiter was attentive.
We have been to this restaurant and had good experiences in the past. We dined on May 26. Our wine and appetizer arrived promptly. However, we waited 30-45 minutes for our entrees. The manager brought them over to us and explained that there was a large party that they were taking care of. Our food looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamps. Upon tasting our food, my scallops were stone cold, the antipasto salad was gummy and stuck together and the salad with filet was wilted and the steak was over-cooked. We did point this ALL out to the manager when she returned to our table and she looked at us as if we were speaking a foreign language. No apology or offer to "re-do" the meals, discount etc. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service and this is not a "cheap" meal. I have sent in a review to the manager and on yelp and have not heard from the staff! VERY disappointing.
Delicious food! Attentive servers. Good wine! Accommodating staff.
I have taken my wife and family to this for Mother’s Day to celebrate. The mimosa flight was excellent and the crab claws were awesome. The food was great and the desserts were yummy. We will be back again for tasting and dinner.
Our experience was very disappointing for the Mother's Day Brunch.
The Mother’s Day brunch was just average and it was very expensive. For what they were charging, $75 a person, it should have been much better quality. The dessert table looked like cakes from Costco and the rest of the food was mediocre. The service was very good, had the brunch been between $40-$50...I probably wouldn’t have written a poor review, but $75 no way!! Not to mention the restaurant is in need of some updating.
Great food, service & ambiance. Window table w/ nice view. No rush. Good time!
A gorgeous place and great food!!
What a wonderful lunch we had in the gorgeous dining room overlooking the vineyards of Temecula. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Nice relaxing meal.
Food was delicious! Goid portions for lunch. Nice atmosphere, a little noisy though, not great acoustics. Service was Great! Will go again.
Cream of mushroom soup and Brussel sprouts are outstanding. Lunch sandwiches and dinners vary in value, quality and taste.
Amazing Views! The food was spectacular. This made my hubby's birthday so special.
Very strange smell when we walked into the restaurant. The hostess was not particularly welcoming. The food was mediocre, at best. 4 of us had 4 different meals and no one was very impressed.
Our reservation was for 2:00 on Open Table but the restaurant called and asked us to come earlier because “we’re closing at 3:00 to set up for a private event and don’t want you to feel rushed” . She said a 1:45 reservation should be fine. We arrived at 1:25 but we weren’t seated until 1:55 and our food wasn’t delivered until 2:30. Just at that moment a large crew arrived and began taking down tables, stacking & moving chairs, making a racket, obliterating the view, and generally ruining our lunch.
Had I been told set up would begin at 2:30 I would have canceled my reservation and they wouldn’t be getting this poor review.
We have been to Pinnacle on several occasions and never been disappointed. This visit was no exception, two of us chose the Sea Bass and it was outstanding I ate every single thing on my plate. The third person with us ordered the Mediterranean Chicken and that too was absolutely delicious. Our biggest problem was actually choosing which dish to order at the beginning, there are so many great choices, there were a couple of dishes that we have had in the past and we were tempted to order again but this time decided to try something different - we were all glad that we did.
We planned a lunch for seven , while wine tasting , on a Saturday. Everything was great- and it was a perfect place to bring out of town guests. Pinnacle food was very California- really good burger, salads, and sandwiches. We were worried that lunch would take too much time away from out=r day of wine tasting. But, the service was great- and we continued our wine experience with terrific wine from their Faulkner menu. I would highly recommend it.
Three of us had lunch before wine tasting. The burger was great as well as the turkey club. Fries were nice and crispy!
The food is great. I had pasta primavera with chicken breast. My husband had BLT sandwich. It has 2 big sandwiches and barbecue fries. Our server, Silvana provided good service.
Only open for a limited number of hours each day so plan this one for lunch. The view is great and the menu is very good. Try the Spanish octopus; its great. Our server was helpful but focused almost totally on my wife barely acknowledging that I was there, rude.
This restaurant just gets better and better! You simply must try the Brussel Sprout appetizer, I know it sounds odd but it is to die for, even if you do not like veggies! Lovely views and great ambiance with some really great wines make this a great treat that doesn't break the bank!
We enjoyed the Valentine's Day lunch special and have a lovely time. Great views, excellent food and friendly service. The Pinnacle is first rate.
After dining head to the tasting room
We visited from the east coast and enjoyed lunch with a great view. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There are a lot of restaurants at wineries in the Tecemula area. This one is at the top of the list.
The menu leaves little to be desired. Heavy on seafood choices, with several
The Pinnacle is in a lovely location with great views. It's open floorplan makes it a bit noisy if there happens to be a large or noisy party near by. The food was great, our server was rushed but fairly attentive and we will definitely go back.
A great way to sit and savor something delicious while on a wine tasting day in Temecula. A little noisy on the Saturday we visited, with a large birthday party and a wedding!
We were able to use our points from Falkner Winery for a delicious meal for 4. Each of us had delicious, fresh pasta and seafood options with a great view. They even take the time to offer a wine pairing with each entree on the menu. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back!
Always love lunch here. Wish they were open for dinner!! Food is always excellent and plenty. Their mushroom soup is to die for!!
I was celebrating a friends birthday but what a gem I have found for any celebration or just to have lunch or dinner. All was fabulous!
The corn chowder we had was superb!! I had the ahi salad and it was quite wonderful.
I have never been disappointed when we have gone to the Pinnacle restaurant.
Good food, good service and a very nice setting. This was our second visit during the holidays and we plan to return.
