April 13th – 15th: Oven Roasted Steelhead Trout w/ Celery Root Puree & Fresh Sautéed Garlic Green Beans Topped w/ Herbed Dijon Compound Butter. April 20th – 22th: Pan Seared Steelhead Trout w/ Lime Coriander Pepper Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Chorizo, Braised Baby Fennel.
