   My friend and I came here for happy hour. Though we noticed that happy hour pricing and options have changed, it’s still great value and the staff are top notch. They’re all attentive and engaging people, with anyone ready to help no matter the section. We had a great time, and Pigeonhole remains one of my favourite places to go for an after dinner drink (and maybe a few oysters 😇)

   We had an excellent dining experience. The service was exceptional and the food was terrific. The half chicken schnitzel was awesome. We will definitely come back again.

   We started with the warmed olives. Delicious! My partner had the glazed pork belly and I, the pickerel. Both were very well seasoned and tasted fresh and light. We finished with the grapefruitcello. Mmmm

The bar, filled with plants and a charming book collection, is brought to life by the dream team—Taylor, Lottie, and Jordan—who are all about great service. Don’t miss the charred cabbage and mushroom croquettes; they’re lights-out! If you’re feeling adventurous, check out the chilled seafood and caviar, plus absinthe towers and Jell-o shots.
