Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Kaimuki

Fantastic breakfast overlooking the ocean. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Service was very good and the food was excellent. Highly recommend!

The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful and our server was great! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and the staff was very welcoming. My only complaint would be that the pasta I ordered was too salty. I ordered the fennel sausage orecchiette pasta. I would probably come again but preferably for a desert or drink only. For the prices that these plates are being charged at I don’t think it’s worth it. I recommend that the food selection and prices be re-evaluated so that the guests are truly getting what they’re paying for.

Tanaka of Tokyo (Central) never disappoints. Despite monthly visits over the course of many years, we have always left with the utmost gratitude for the great service and food preparation. We shared the Basil Caesar salad, my wife had the Coconut Kaua’i Prawns, I had the Mountain View Pork Chop, and finished with Rocky Road ice cream. Everything was delicious and the service was great. We also enjoyed a few cocktails all of which were excellent.

The salmon was the best we’ve ever had—flaky, buttery, and bursting with flavor. The ribeye was cooked to perfection and full of rich, juicy goodness. Our waiter, Garret, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. And David, the water boy, kept things flowing with the sweetest attitude. The atmosphere is always pleasant, breezy, and relaxing—exactly what you want in Waikiki. A truly memorable dining experience every single time. We’ll definitely be back again! ⸻
