   We had the steak Diane, beef wellington, and finished it off with bananas foster. Every aspect was it was delicious. The meat just melted in your mouth. The banana foster was absolutely fabulous.

   We have eaten here several times before. This time…… I can’t imagine us going back. I have always ordered the Beef Wellington. The Pastry was literally brunt, the tenderloin was completely cooked through. Zero pink. And this will blow your mind…….. it was cut in half horizontal……. In half, horizontal. Like a subway sandwich. My wife, ordered the 8oz Filet mignon, medium rare. Again, cooked completely through, no pink. The only savior here was the butcher selecting a prime piece of meat. Cooked completely through and still tender. $239 before the tip. $319 after the tip. Cost less to drive to Ruth Chris in Denver next time.

   SO Much fun. The table side chef is amazing with his "touch of butter!" Sadly no deer outside the window anymore it seems Food is uber great. Wonderful, fun experience. EAch time we're in town we go straight there!

   Steak was very good. Service was more informal than my last time there, but still good. A bit pricey, but given that the entree comes with potato and salad, value is not bad.

    Pepper Tree is the best place Springs to enjoy a fine steak. This place is our go to place for nice dinners. It is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great dinner.

    All aspects of the meal were as per our expectation from this restaurant except for the initial service. Once seated, it took 30 minutes to be asked for a drink order and our menu selection - and this was a quiet Tuesday evening.

    The food was amazing! Melted in my mouth. Days later I still can't get it out of my head. Wish I could afford to eat here all the time! Amazing experience friendly staff and even an adorable fox kit and their mother playing outside in the bushes. I loved every minute of my birthday dinner here!

    We came to Colorado Springs to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary because we’re where we started our lives together. While dining at Pepper Tree, we found it to be the jewel of Colorado Springs!! The food was excellent and timely, ambiance was cozy, and the service was impeccable.     I've been coming to the Peppertree for special occasion dinners the past 25 years and have never been disappointed. I always order the Pepper Steak and it is always prepared perfectly. It's a little pricey but well worth it for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.. Give them a try - you'll be glad you did.

    Pepper Tree was recommended to us by our hotel staff. Great recommendation for our Anniversary night out. The food was outstanding…everything we ordered tasted great: Lobster appetizer with curry and melon (!)…Pepper Steak which is filet mignon prepared table side with an amazing sauce, and lobster tail which was cooked perfectly. The flaming bananas foster, also prepared table side, capped the night off…delicious. The service was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. Even our fellow dinners were a pleasure as they joined in wishing us a happy anniversary…Definitely recommend Pepper Tree Restaurant.

    The service and the food was outstanding. Table side prepared Pepper Steak filet was melt in your mouth good. The prepared chutney added just the right flavors to the steak. Bananas Foster prepared at your table was the end of a very special anniversary dinner. Kudos to the entire staff from the front door to the chef.

    The food was amazing and prepared to perfection, all table side. They served my new husband and I complimentary champagne since we were there celebrating our elopement, very nice touch! We enjoyed our meals very much and the bananas foster was the perfect way to top off our meal!

    Our meal was incredible. We both had the Caesar salad, steak & lobster, and cherries jubilee prepared table side. We both agreed it was one of the best meals we have ever had!! The service was also fantastic. Definitely recommend!

    Peppertree is always our special place to celebrate. Everything is first class and we are treated like royalty. Only the Penrose Room at the Broadmoor can compete. Food is always excellent. My husband throughly enjoyed his promotion celebration dinner, as did I. ❤️

    The Pepper Tree is and has been over the last 40 years the best Resturant in Colorado Springs The service is outstanding like a fine dance between kitchen and table side preparers and servers . The “Pepper Steak “ Entree with it’s mango chutney still is a work of art and pride . It never gets old to experience this culinary treat.
