Diego was an awesome server. Corn chowder was so salty I could only have a few bites. Nobody ever asked how it was and never questioned why only a few bites were taken, but whatever. I always enjoy dinner The Peaks.

It was hot and stuffy. If they opened a door it would have made a big difference since it was uncomfortably hot.

Stopped in for lunch after a quick hike to hidden lake and the nearby loop. The restaurant was a welcome respite from the crowds in the adjoining spaces nearby. We were seated in the lower corner table that afforded us spectacular views of the valley floor below and the arriving trams. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The date burger I ordered was tasty and very unique. The large spiral fries were a good accompaniment to my meal. Overall a very unique way to finish a breathtaking day up in the local San Jacinto mountains.

We enjoyed our dinner at Peaks following our ride on the Palm Springs Tramway. Our family was so pleased with our first trip on the tram & the delicious food at the restaurant. A high Iight of our trip.

We made a reservation the day before for our one year anniversary. The hostess was very nice and wished us a happy anniversary then led us to our table. It was on the second floor in the very corner with the best view of the desert. Our waiter then came and got our drinks and appetizer and he was very nice. His name was Chris R. and he was very nice, never let us go without water and made sure we didn’t need anything else. We ordered dessert and they brought us an extra dessert for free with a happy anniversary little topper. Made the whole dinner 3x as nice and the food and desserts were amazing. Will definitely be seeing us for our 2nd year.

We always go to the Peaks for lunch, as it's a comparatively good value (some of the best hamburgers in the Coachella Valley, but be sure to tell your server your desired level of doneness - we prefer "very rare"). Gina L. assisted us, and her attention and being simply delightful considerably added to our favorable experience. We always use Open Table (and request a "view table," though most tables have good views), which is a must for the busiest times. As locals, we frequently have a "tram adventure," and most of the time that we do, we dine at the Peaks and order hamburgers! What fun!

Horrible service, horrible food! The salad had candied strawberries instead of cranberries which wasn’t great! Easy to push aside so not the end of the world. I ordered the tofu stir-fry and it was not edible! The only vegetables were hard pieces of asparagus and spinach in a brown sauce. The tofu was either fried or air fried. My 2 friends both had the Wedge Salad and were ill and in the restroom within 20 mins of eating! Not a place I will ever return!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your honesty. We’re glad you enjoyed the salad with our combination of fresh and sun-dried strawberries. However, we regret that the Spicy Vegetable Curry didn't meet your expectations. Regarding your friends' Wedge Salad, we take food safety seriously and will investigate this issue. If you’re willing, we’d love the chance to make this right. Please reach out to discuss further. Thank you again, and we hope to improve based on your insights.
