   First off the views are UNBELIEVABLE! The whole experience going up and down and seeing the cloud was phenomenal! Will definitely be coming once some snow is on the mountains! The flavors were great of almost everything! The only two issues we had was the salmon was very cold and the rice was cold as well and a bit crunchy but other than that the rest of the experience is breathtaking and worth going for!

   Great food & personable staff with nice ambience . The ravioli was fresh & the cheesecake was perfect

   Food was great servers friendly but we got stuck up there till Like 11 pm it was cold and we were thirsty , also our babysitter was supposed to be home by 830 but was stuck with our 5 kids . The power finally got fixed at like 1040 pm so we got crammed in a tram and brought down late . I've been here before and it was great but this time was too much.

   I sincerely regret to learn about the disruption to the Tramway service. I would like to clarify that we operate as a separate entity from the Tramway transportation system. From the information I have received, the disruption was due to a power outage attributed to Edison, which is beyond our control. I apologize for the delay in the generator startup. I would like to extend an invitation for you to return and experience our services under more favorable conditions.

   Very nice lunch at the top of Mt San Jacinto after a walk in the state park. They have an interesting compact menu . We enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich and the Bleu cheese burger both with tasty seasoned swirly fries. Of course the views are spectacular, even on an overcast day. Our server , Chris , was very professional and pleasant .

   Great views, good food,good service, I definitely recommend it! Of course the tram ride and the scenery make this a great experience! I definitely recommend this!

   Service was good but food was what you would expect at a gas station rotisserie. Flat iron steak I ordered medium rare came to me very rare and my wife’s medium rare flat iron steak was very well done. The French fries that were served on the side wouldn’t have been accepted at McDonald’s and the desserts had barely made it out of the freezer and they weren’t ice cream. The wait staff was very nice though.

   Overall an ok experience. Server took about 10min to acknowledge my presence. Nice gluten options except no buns for their sandwiches & burgers. Lame. Did a lettuce wrap instead which works fine for a healthier option. Cool tasty fries. Dessert of chocolate cake was a great finale.

    Wait person did not bring out one of the desserts and claimed we never ordered it. Argued with us. There were three witnesses that we did order it. Wait person stood over me when I was paying the bill watching for her tip. Had to ask for refills three times. For the prices, you need much better service. Very disappointed in the service.
