My experience was very pleasant ,atmosphere. Enjoyable. Food was excellent. Customer Service was by far a A+ this has been my second time visiting and I really enjoy it. Love the breathtaking, ex espectacular view overseeing, Palm Springs, in the day and dinner at the peaks. Restaurant in the evening. Will come back.

Our waiter Kailen was horrible. Didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t apologize for making us wait 10-15 min after being sat down. We were celebrating my aunts birthday but didn’t bother to find out if we were visiting from somewhere or celebrating anything. The filet mignon was overcooked. The duck was overcooked. The staff that was cleaning up our plates would just reach in and not ask if we were done. For how expensive this place is it is not worth the money. I would suggest just going to the bar or eating at the cafe because it is overrated and horrible. Food and service. We will never be going back again.

Woman at front service was rude. 2 of 4 dishes were horrible. Even the soda was flat and undrinkable. Waitress was very nice but that was the only good thing. View was other people looking at a view because we were given the worst table possible - even though we’d booked in advance and told them at booking it was for a birthday (that wasn’t even acknowledged). Very overpriced for the quality of food and overall experience.

The Peak Restaurant was amazing. Everything was just perfect. The atmosphere, spectacular views, the steak was the best we have ever had. Our server was outstanding explaining things making us feel welcome. It was a little pricey but the quality of the overall restaurant was worth it. Everyone was so friendly.

The Ambiance was top-notch! Even the wine was good. But the food was high priced, and under seasoned. My meatloaf tasted a little off, and it was not seasoned well. But I still enjoyed my birthday dinner because the experience was awesome.

Sofia was are server. Fair service. Kept forgetting request and order. Rafael was outstanding. Helpful and courteous. He made our anniversary special.

I had a reservation for 7pm. We finished our activities early and went to Peak around 5:45pm to see if we could get in earlier. They were very accommodating and got us sat about 10 min later. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The hostesses were very friendly. Our server greeted us promptly and took our drunk order and returned with our drinks very fast! We placed our orders and shared a Caesar salad for an appetizer which was decent but bland. I order the filet mignon and my friend ordered the ribeye. Their filet mignon is a different type of meat. It’s not your usual filet mignon. It was cooked right but the meat is just bland along with the Ribeye. All the food was just very blah for the price. Wasn’t all that impressive. The service was outstanding and the ambiance is great but don’t go just for the food. We had two margaritas that cost $48! That was a bit much for us.
