Food was fantastic, server was terrible. Never once came by to check on usThe water taste like it came out of toilet. Which made any drinks ( ice) terrible tasting. Asked 2 bus boys can you get our waiter please. They said oh sure and never stopped cleaning table. I finally had to get up and go hunt him down. To get wife some more terrible tasting ice tea. Since server never came by to check on us. Yep going hunting again for server for our check to pay for good and terrible service.

Excellent views from the dining seats. Menu was somewhat limited, but OK. Portion size was large, so “doggy bags.”

I found it refreshing to experience great food and nice ambience at a tourist destination. It would be fair to compare it to fine dining at the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone Park.

The service was amazing the people were friendly and helpful! I consider myself a food connoisseur. The food just really disappointed me. Especially since it was a bit pricey it didn’t make with quality. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken tasted pre packaged it wasn’t good. Very disappointing.

Nice place with attentive staff. Wedge salad was great, lamb chops were okay. Osso Buco was good, although when initially served the plate and all the items (meat, risotto and vegetables) came out lukewarm.

Great way to spend an evening. Suggest taking the tram up two hours before sunset to enjoy the magic hour views.

Worse food I’ve had at a restaurant and I’m not exaggerating. As an example, I ordered spinach artichoke dip, which was described as coming with vegetables. It came with one small carrot stick and one small stick of celery that was white. That was it. The sauce on my pasta was congealed and my friend’s filet looked like a Salisbury steak and was covered with school lunch gravy. Again, I’m not exaggerating. The food here is terrible
