Founded in 1913, this family-run, Italian-Creole restaurant is located in uptown New Orleans. It is famous for creating barbecued shrimp.

This neighborhood restaurant is vintage New Orleans, from the service to the decor. The oyster bar is always manned by a friendly shucker. The oysters are fresh, salty, and delicious.

The old time oyster bar and cocktail bar offers raw oysters on the half shell and all types of cocktails. We offer fine seafood, Italian specialties, and delicious steaks.

In 2023, Dickie Brennan & Co. welcomed Pascal's Manale into their restaurant family.

Incredibly loud. Had a very pleasant server but she had too many tables and there were long intervals between ordering and receiving food. Never checked about our drinks- but I think she was handling too many tables. I had the grilled fish which was slightly overcooked and the pasta was so bland, I had to use salt and pepper to get any taste. Bread pudding was delicious. Quality of food and service has decreased over past 3-4 years.

I came in for dinner during Restaurant Week and was totally impressed by the stellar food and service! Keith, Casey, and Dante took great care of us and all of the dishes ordered were truly fantastic! Our favorites were the pomodoro bucco, court bouillon, and fish pascal. We will definitely be returning soon!

Went this Sunday 6/15/2025 for Father’s Day.I have been to this restaurant many many times and had great experiences but this time was awful.No one came to our table for 15 minutes no apology or explanation.She took our drink orders and didn’t return for another 15 minutes.Still no bread was delivered.When she finally came back to take our order she neglected to tell us about the specials until I prompted her.Food took 25 minutes to come out and she forgot to bring my wifes salad which took another 15 minutes.When the main Entrees came out my never did.15 minutes later it still hadn’t come out so I cancelled it.I observed the other tables and no one else had the same treatment

I was very excited to share this place with my husband and had been raving about how good the food and service were from past visits. After a 13 hour drive to make our reservation we arrived to a closed restaurant. Our open table reservation showed we had an active reservation but when we called the restaurant we got an automated message. I left 2 messages and then we returned to our hotel very frustrated, hungry and disappointed. Later that night I received a call from Tony the restaurant manager saying he got my message and they had a power outage and closed the restaurant. He left his number and I contacted him the next day. I told him I was very upset that no one had contacted us. He claimed that they had left a message which I told him I never received. He at no point did he ask if there was anything he could do to make it up to us. He just continued to talk about how much money the restaurant had lost . No focus on us as the customer and if he could book us a reservation at another date. He also continued to stress they had contacted me even though I told him numerous times I received nothing from him or Open Table, so basically called me a liar. The total lack of customer service was shocking and not something I expected from a Brennan property. Based on the lack of empathy, accountability and customer service I have taken them off my list of recommended restaurants and will share with others who visit NOLA.

Food was excellent service was terrible, the food came along with salads and gumbo. Then cam the oyster appetizers. What kind of service was that. Did get comped for the oysters, but no a very good experioence for the 3 of 5 people that had never been before.

Although I’ve been there many times, I brought three guests that had never been and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It was nice to have a great meal before going to hear Andrea Bocelli at the Smoothie King Center. Our waitress Billie did a fantastic job.
