Founded in 1913, this family-run, Italian-Creole restaurant is located in uptown New Orleans. It is famous for creating barbecued shrimp.

This neighborhood restaurant is vintage New Orleans, from the service to the decor. The oyster bar is always manned by a friendly shucker. The oysters are fresh, salty, and delicious.

The old time oyster bar and cocktail bar offers raw oysters on the half shell and all types of cocktails. We offer fine seafood, Italian specialties, and delicious steaks.

In 2023, Dickie Brennan & Co. welcomed Pascal's Manale into their restaurant family.

I was very excited to share this place with my husband and had been raving about how good the food and service were from past visits. After a 13 hour drive to make our reservation we arrived to a closed restaurant. Our open table reservation showed we had an active reservation but when we called the restaurant we got an automated message. I left 2 messages and then we returned to our hotel very frustrated, hungry and disappointed. Later that night I received a call from Tony the restaurant manager saying he got my message and they had a power outage and closed the restaurant. He left his number and I contacted him the next day. I told him I was very upset that no one had contacted us. He claimed that they had left a message which I told him I never received. He at no point did he ask if there was anything he could do to make it up to us. He just continued to talk about how much money the restaurant had lost . No focus on us as the customer and if he could book us a reservation at another date. He also continued to stress they had contacted me even though I told him numerous times I received nothing from him or Open Table, so basically called me a liar. The total lack of customer service was shocking and not something I expected from a Brennan property. Based on the lack of empathy, accountability and customer service I have taken them off my list of recommended restaurants and will share with others who visit NOLA.

Although I’ve been there many times, I brought three guests that had never been and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It was nice to have a great meal before going to hear Andrea Bocelli at the Smoothie King Center. Our waitress Billie did a fantastic job.

I got the bbq shrimp and the only problem was they were overcooked. I would definitely not order the bread pudding again. All else was good. The key lime pie was killer. Our pasta dishes were great. The manhattan was perfectly made.

Reservation for 2 o'clock, arrived five minutes late. Seated immediately, water and butter were placed at our table within two minutes. There seemed to be enough wait staff, but no menus were placed at our table, and to a large degree, we were ignored for nearly thirty minutes. We left without service. There are no plans to return. I rate the customer service a Zero

A bit on the noisy side. But great food for the $$. And great service. We went on Wednesday Wine Night-a selection of bottles for 50% off.

Our food was delicious and our server, Donna was a delight! The restaurant hasn’t really changed with the new owners …nor has the menu… I would like to see a few new additions on the regular menu that doesn’t involve pasta. The chocolate mousse for dessert was a STAR!
