   Legendary restaurant, but not pleased with the food or service. Turtle soup was served warm but not hot. Best thing about their food was the wonderful New Orleans French bread.

   Bill, I am dismayed to hear about your experience on Tuesday for lunch. Warm soup and less than stellar service is not what we're about! I apologize for the afore mentioned and would really appreciate you giving us another opportunity to have you back.    Great food, great service. Our waiter, Carter, was exceptional. This will be on our list of restaurants to go to every year we go back to NOLA.

   Service was slow. Both the main menu’s baked oysters were overly filled and they weren’t good. The specialty oyster of the vending was good. The gumbo was mids and overpriced for what it was. Our entrees took a very long time and their specialty bbq shrimp dish was overcooked and underwhelming. They did comp out entrees which was appreciated and deserved. I guess it’s always a good idea to choose the newer spots over the ones that have name recognition and have given up on prioritizing food quality. 3.6/10. Won’t be back

   Hey Chris, We appreciate all your feedback and we're sorry to hear that your experience at Pascal's Manale missed the mark. Jazz Fest weekend is a very busy time and I apologize for underwhelming experience. Sounds like we were able to make concessions with your entrees but that doesn't take away from the fact that you had a poor experience. I wish I could make it up to you.    This place came highly recommended from some of my colleagues and for good reason. The food and service was phenomenal. We will definitely be going back any time we are in NOLA

   I've been going to Pasqual Manale since 1974.. It has to be my favorite restaurant ever!! Never lets me down and I am always amazed that each time I go it's better... The Bar is Great... The Oyster Bars is wonderful and the service makes me feel like a KING!

   Bbq shrimp only ok. Veal chop outstanding. Red fish special very good. Bread pudding delicious.

   The bar area is the most fun. BBQ Shrimp (specialty of the house!) was a letdown, as was the crab remoulade - not much character or flavor. Stick with the pan roast... it's great.
