   Excellent as usual. Had remoulade with shrimp and crabmeat followed with BBQ shrimp. Those are classics at Manale.

   Worth the ride! The service is old-school and impeccable. The food represents a great Nola twist on Italian seafood. The oysters Rockefeller are the real deal - no spinach masquerading as herbs. Shrimp taste amazing, especially as we come from CA where the shrimp are tasteless without help. Beware - their special barbecued shrimp are shell-on - you will get messy!

   Pascal's is a tradition now. We've gone there every time that we traveled to New Orleans. The house specialty BBQ Shrimp is out of this world good! Service is fantastic and prices reasonable.

   The food was great and we had a wonderful time. This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The only down sound is that it is very loud. We even asked to be sat at a different table to help with the noise level. I would say if you want to have a more calm atmosphere do not go at peak dinner time. Another than that everything is great!

   Pascal’s Manale is a New Orleans classic is a great place to go for a good dinner. Of course the barbecue shrimp is wonderful and a dish everybody has to try. The waiter was very attentive. I love the rooms and the pictures they had up of all the famous people who have come there. Because it is so popular, the noise level was fairly high, and it was difficult to hear normal conversation, but this was a small price to pay for an otherwise lovely experience.

    AWFUL. So sorry to report that our dinner at Pascal Manale‘s was terrible. My hubby said the gumbo was the worst he’s had in New Orleans. The turtle soup was tan colored corn starch pudding. Trout special was NOT fresh fish. Grilled mahi-mahi was not fresh, room temp, undercooked, wet, bland, and was served sitting in water, as if the whole dish had been boiled or rinsed. The meal seemed to have been prepared by someone who does not have basic cooking skills.

    I am totally biased as a local and a regular. Thomas trucks, the best and most shell freeways Druz on the planet. The management has always been fine but now with the Brannan family taking over, I am looking to preserve what is there and improve with me. Brennans, please bring this place back to where it needs to be new lighting and Decour in the main dining room. Please leave the bar invoice for bar alone other than just a good cleanup. This place is an absolute gem.

    PM is a must go to for any trip I take to NO...and that goes back to 1977. In that time I've introduced a number of friends to the restaurant...did this visit. It ALWAYS impresses them. The whole dining experience is exemplary. I especially give high marks to all the staff...best in the world.

    Excellent neighborhood restaurant. Oyster shucker is the best in the city. Bartenders are excellent and attentive. Food and service is fantastic. Will return regularly.

    The restaurant was very full and loud but the food was top notch and reasonably priced. Michelle our waitress was outstanding. She went above and beyond! The bread pudding can’t be missed!

    The food is always top quality and the staff is always great. Thanks to the management for maintaining consistency at a place I've been going to since I was a child with my family. Now that I am grown, I take my family and friends and also recommend to business associates.

    Eric, our waiter, was fantastic. We all ordered the veal. 2 parmigiana and 2 Marsala. Both fantastic. Bread pudding was amazing. Made the Pelicans game, where we got stomped, less painful. Thanks Eric and the staff!

    While the BBQ shrimp wasn’t as flavorful as I remembered, the frutta del mare, gumbo and raw oysters were superb! Our waitress Michelle was excellent as was Thomas at the raw bar. Thank you for a fun dining experience.

    My Mother & Father were loyal patrons of Pascal's Manale during the 1970's - and I've continued the annual / semi-annual tradition from the 1990's visiting from Houston. Pascal's remains a favorite and a must do on any visit to New Orleans. Re: the new ownership, I chatted with the G.M. and was impressed with the level of commitment.

    They have fallen so far. I remember when it was a star place in the city. The BBQ shrimp was a MAJOR disappointment and we brought friends to try it. If you go, buy a drink and some Oysters, then leave.... Service was great! Food, horrible.
