This neighborhood restaurant is vintage New Orleans, from the service to the decor. The oyster bar always manned by a friendly shucker. The oysters are fresh, salty and delicious.
The old time oyster bar and cocktail bar offers raw oysters on the half shell and all types of cocktails. We offer fine seafood, Italian specialties and delicious steaks.
BBQ Shrimp Sandwich
Our famous sautéed BBQ Shrimp stuffed in Leidenheimer French bread. Served with salad or soup du jour.
BBQ Shrimp & Grits
Jumbo Shrimp sauteed in our traditional BBQ shrimp sauce served in a butter white wine sauce over Romano Cheese grits. Served with salad or soup du jour.
delicious food and excellent service. Friendly people
The food at this old established restaurant in Uptown New Orleans is delicious. The BBQ Shrimp is an iconic dish for Pascal’s and the price is good, too. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable and the atmosphere, while a little noisy was still very enjoyable. I highly recommended a meal here when your in town.
Thomas the Oyster Shucker is a National Treasure!
Went on a recommendation from a friend; only had the raw oysters was nice & quiet and we had a fantastic waiter, as well!
Off street parking is a plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.
Celebrating our 37th anniversary. Wonderful lunch, both dishes exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to return.
Came Highly recommended. Food was good but the service was lacking. Waitress forgot bread, water and wine glasses were constantly lacking. The table next to us received very good service, pretty sure they were a good friend of the host as he made a special trip to say hello and make sure they received good service. Seriously disappointed. Wanted to love this place.
This was my first time back after they've had a change of ownership. It seemed exactly the same. Food was excellent, service fantastic, same chill old school vibe. One thing I noticed which I really appreciated was that there seemed a lot more female employees than in the past. Both our server and busser were female presenting and gave top notch service!
Cocktails were very tasty and really liked some of their new innovative additions. Their Manhattans are still some of the best in the city.
We were a 4 top 2 of our table had the coolinary menu and other 2 ordered ALA carte. All courses came perfectly timed and tasted great.
It was very loud.
Tasty dinner and good service before our night at Tulane summer lyrics.
Food and service were fantastic. Combination pan roast was delicious. Frutte de la mar customized to Alfredo sauce was divine. BBQ shrimp was outstanding. Definitely going back!
Birthday for my wife
This restaurant never disappoints!! Food was awesome and service impeccable! Their signature barbeque shrimp are to die for. My daughter in law got a pasta special that was also terrific! Make reservations -- they fill up!
Raw oysters were delicious, all other dishes were saturated in a sauce of some type which was meh at best. Rooms have guest packed in way too close and the noise level is similar to an Aerosmith concert, dont expect to be able to have a conversation with your table guest at a reasonable level. The waiter we had was decent but it took about 20 mins to get our drink order and the same time separation for appetizers then main dishes. I would go back for the oysters but that’s probably about all.
My wife has been going here for 40 years. Says it has always been good across the menu items. Food is delicious, traditional, and good proportions. Nice wine list at good prices.
Lovely, elegant traditional New Orleans place (108 years old!). The food was delicious- and authentic, the service was just right, and the ambience is quiet and relaxing. We had a drink at the bar after lunch and plan to make it our “local.” Superb in every way.
Going to see Sebastian Manascalco @ the saenger so we HAD to go enjoy some delicious Italian food prior. We certainly weren’t disappointed- it was wonderful. Our waiter was superb- he was so relaxed and comfortable with us - he joked around entertaining us while simultaneously giving us prompt service. Only wish the crime would get under control so we could return to enjoy all the wonderful things this magnificent city has to iffer
First our server Toya was amazing! She was so kind and attentive and that will always make a meal better. My husband and I are here for his business trip and he frequents Pascal’s Manale and has raved about their bar-b-que shrimp and they did not disappoint. I knew it was going to be serious when Toya put our bibs on! The shrimp were so flavorful and the sauce, while pepper spicy, was divine. Especially when they give you plenty of crusty bread to soak it up with. We split an entree that had scallops and crab meat in a cream sauce over pasta and it was delicious. We had grilled asparagus and scalloped potatoes as our sides. The scalloped potatoes were so delicious I could have licked the platter. We finished our meal with the chocolate mousse and it was heavenly with little chocolate bits and yummy whipped cream with each bite. I can’t believe I forgot to mention the martinis! Tuesdays they have 2 for 1 martinis. I had a lemon drop and hubby had a dirty and they were awesome! Check this place out, ask for Toya, and you will not be disappointed!
This place is as good now as 30 years ago. The BBQ shrimp is amazing.
BBQ shrimp was the worst I’ve had at any NOLA restaurant. Rest of the food mediocre. Saving Grace is the service.
Service was great! Food and wine was yummy!
Fabulous lunch for my mother 81 years young, Everything was delicious from start to end!
The stuffed shrimp was not edible. The shells were still on the shrimp and there was no crab meat within it Disappointing. Very.
Birthday fir my son. Everything was fantastic. The food the service (Mrs Jill) and the ambiance. What a memorable occasion
My food was not as good as it was several weeks ago when I ate here.
I had the Oysters inferno.
My companion had oysters and I believe that she was satisfied,
I have recommended Manales to several friend after my first visit, but was very disappointed in my meal yesterday
We enjoyed a great time
Just a great old school NOLA restaurant.
Excellent food, great service. One of the best classic New Orleans restaurants
Very loud Hard to hear people at the table. Excellent food and service.
The food was good, loved the BBQ shrimp, but only 9 for $27?
Food was just ok. Waiter and service was wonderful.
The fresh seafood at Pascal's was just superb. The Oyster's Rockefeller and Bienville combo is the bomb! The salads...ehhh... but the fried eggplant as a side and then the Gulf Shrimp Orleans was superb!!!! Will definitely go back to get the BBQ Shrimp!
Always outstanding. Best Manhattan in town.
Would have been a five but was so noisy we could not hear the person across the table.
Another great meal! Get their signature dish with a side of raw oysters! Superb!
Always a pleasure. Food is fabulous. Service is excellent. A gem of a place.
Wonderful dinner. Mike our server was excellent with great red and white wine choices. My husband had the barbequed shrimp which is always wonderful and I had the veal piccata with angel hair--delicious! We also had the onion rings. They are definitely a hit. Have been going to Pascal's Manale for years and will definitely return. So many fantastic things to eat there and great service.
The eggplant appetizer was amazing, all the food was great but that stood out. Staff friendly and efficient. I’ll come back anytime I am in New Orleans.
Good service, great food. Really enjoyable.
Loved the service and food. The oysters were amazing and the steak super tasty. Can't wait to go back.
