The menu and bar program are dictated by the seasonal bounty of the Sacramento region. Originally established in 1983, the restaurant underwent an extensive remodel in 2015, combining both modern and traditional elements to create a relaxed, timeless environment that lets the food and drinks take center stage. The light and airy interior opens up to the renowned dining patio that features waterfalls, 60 year-old olive trees and a large fireplace.

Second time here and fantastic! Both my girlfriend and I are under the age of 21 and both times we have went they have made us a new, seasonal drink on the spot (this time was blueberry lavender lemonade!). Service is always fantastic. The ambience is amazing with the little outdoor area and waterfalls. A large portion of food for the price as long as you know what to get. Best place in sac!

I made a reservation 4 days in advance for brunch and requested the patio. Upon check in I was told we could sit on the patio if we waited an additional 40 minutes, otherwise we could sit inside. We opted to sit inside and our waiter took 7 - 10 minutes to stop by the table. Drinks took about 15 - 20 minutes to arrive and water took the same amount. Our food took about 40 minutes, but the waiter did let us know that the kitchen was quite busy. Overall, the restaurant is very nice looking (although I would have loved to sit on the patio), the food was good but service was definitely suffering on that Sunday morning visit.

Waiter forgot a lot of stuff kept having to remind. We waited about 7 mins after our food was delivered for utensils so kinda got cold. Then after our plates were cleared about 15 mins for a check. It wasn’t busy. Food portions are tiny for the price. But good food and good ambiance. I felt a bit rushed at times when the busser would stand by our table and eye out food to see if we were close to being done.

Great ambience and service. I enjoyed the cauliflower appetizers and meatballs. The main couse was chicken and vegetables wish was fantastic.
