Originally established in 1983, the restaurant underwent an extensive remodel in 2015, combining both modern and traditional elements to create a relaxed, timeless environment that lets the food and drinks take center stage. The food didn’t live up to the photos online. The potatoes were crumbly, and most of the serving was burnt pieces of potato, and the pancake was surprisingly small. They did run out of French toast. Overall, the meal was just okay, not memorable and I don’t see myself going back.

Celebrating with girlfriends and everything was fantastic. Would highly recommend this restaurant! The food was great, fun selection of cocktails, excellent service and just a beautiful restaurant!

We were a bit disappointed on this visit. We've been regular / long time customers for years. We ordered two appetizers, bread and meatballs. The bread was served relatively promptly. The meatballs were served about 30-45 minutes later with our main courses. We also ordered two salads. They were served about 10 minutes apart instead of together for members of our party. Two members of our party ordered a pork chop which was featured with risotto. The pork chop, although small was well cooked and flavorful. However, it was featured as a main entree with risotto. The risotto was essentially one tablespoon and well hidden under the pork chop. On a positive note, the experience at the bar was excellent while we were waiting for our table.

Paragary's has been our go to restaurant when downtown. This time was a bit of a disappointment. The meatballs were rather bland and the salmon portion was a bit skimpy. The outdoor area is nice, but there doesn't seem to be a way to keep flies out of the indoor seating area.
