It was so fun with a big table you’ll get a private room
We have dined at Piasano's many times during the past several years. It is our favorite place in the valley for a delicious dinner, with outstanding service always, wonderful food, pleasant surroundings within the venue, and always a welcoming atmosphere. We dine here at every opportunity and strongly recommend it to our friends. When out of town friends visit, we always bring them to Piasano's for dinner. The choices of selections is wonderful and regardless of what we order it is always prepared and served to perfection. We choose Piasano's for special occasions or just for a date night out with each other.
My wife and I went here fir dinner prior to a concert. They had excellent service and the food was delicious. I recommend making reservations if planning to eat here prior to an event at Pechanga Casino.
Nice server. Shared a plate and they did a big portion. Good chicken Marsala.
We had dinner here with family and enjoyed the food and the food server we had checked back with a few times to see if we need anything. I would recommend this place for dinner.
Cory is great!
Yesterday my wife and I came to Pechanga Resort and Casino, we chose Paisano's restaurant for our dinner since we enjoyed it so much last time. We were started with bread and garlic oil with red pepper flakes. My wife is not a lover of too much garlic, so I asked for some balsamic vinegar to add to the oil, which helped mellow the flavor. My wife likes a red wine and I prefer White wine so we compromised on Mount Palomar "Sangiovese Rose" 2013. It was a delicious rosé. Beautiful Temecula vineyard as well. Smooth and fruity with a slightly dry finish. For our salad course we split a Caesar Salad, Romaine hearts, crispy cheese, croutons. The Caesar dressing had to much anchovy flavor for me, but my wife liked it. For our next course we ordered we ordered a meatlovers pizza, customized 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 homemade sausage pizza, it was really flavorful, not greasy, not too salty, really good brick oven pizza flavor. For a pasta course we ordered the Fettuccine Bolognese and it was great. Homemade noodles, meat sauce with beef, veal and pork had a deep rich flavor. The manager Shawn came by our table durning our dinner to make sure we were getting everything we needed and having an awesome dining experience. Dalyce our server provided excellent service. We did have one problem checking in, the hostess was busy checking in two parties in front of us and failed to check us in on OpenTable and just sat us. I received a did not show notice this morning. I replied with the time, check#,amount and servers name. I am a OpenTable VIP and do not want this on my record. I also had my Yelp Chechen showing the time. I suggest that Shawn the manager review procedures with staff members.
It has been a long time since I have had a steak that tender and that well cooked.
Paisanos was a pleasurable experience & good food.
A memorable experiene for me indeed!
Paisanos is a must have whenever we visit pechanga! It is amazingly delicious!
We had the fettuccine bolognese which was very good. Unfortunately the service wasn't great that night.
Table was ready our arrival and greeted immediately.....good start. From here it goes gradually downhill. Table reserved for 4 but set for only 3. Had to ask for silverware as even after being seated, nobody noticed. Ok, minor so far. Ordered a bottle of wine, server brought 4 glasses but, when serving salad & soup she removed 1 of the 4 glasses????? Had to ask for it back. Salad tasted like it had absolutely no dressing. If it were not for the pear in this pear salad it would have been tasteless. Minestrone was good though. Fettuccini was ok but a little overcooked....mushy. The chicken parm we ordered was burnt...black on the underside. Nobody noticed before serving it or even while serving it. Poor execution. We sent it back and did not want to wait for a new one to be cooked. Manager did come and apologize and took it off the bill. However, offered nothing for ruining dinner (3 of us split our meals so the 4th did not go without dinner. You would think that someone would have offered something like a free dessert or drink or something for the multiple screw ups. I will not be going back. Kitchen looks like it is full of young kids doing the cooking. Wait staff and kitchen staff here need some training and supervision to turn this place around. Do yourself a favor if you are considering eating here, go next door to the Great Oak Steakhouse which is a far cut above this place.
Our waitress and busboy were great. Super service and great food.
Birthday celebration very nice evening
The lasagna I had was all cheese! There was no meat or cheese or spices in it.Is this normal?
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! I
Would highly recommend this restaurant!
Great service but food was not good I was actually a little embarrassed because I chose to eat here on Valentine’s Day and had another couple with us.Service was good and ambience was nice but I would not recommend.Maybe the problem was the valentines dinner included a steak as the main course and that’s not there specialty.I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it’s pricey and not worth it but the buffet restaurant in the casino was pretty darn good we had it for lunch and it had prime rib, crab legs, etc. for under $25 per person.
Very enjoyable dinner on Valentines Day. Service was excellent but we felt a little rushed and servers were too anxious to remove our plates. Just need a little table etiquette education ( don’t take plates until the other person is finished eating). Otherwise very nice evening.
Very good food, nice ambiance & great service
Great food ! Great service and friendly atmosphere and a surprise beautiful longstem rose !
We enjoyed our dining experience here. Friendly staff, great service. Food was excellent.
The person that sat us down put us on a corner, against the wall. Within minutes, a manager started to set a table for 12 guests. So I asked if they were coming soon because we had not even started to eat. Sure enough, within minutes a large party started to gather and it took a while before they decided to change our tables. We ended up ordering to go. Very poor service.
Service was excellent and food was very good. With the price of the meal a small salad would be appropriate as we saw other people’s salad and it was too big. Bread and wine were outstanding!
Yesterday my wife and I came to Pechanga Resort and Casino to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We chose Paisano's restaurant for our dinner.
For our salad course we split a Pear Salad with Boston bibb lettuce, red onions, pears, gorgonzola cheese, and caramelized walnuts. The creamy Italian dressing lacked flavor.
For our anniversary the restaurant gave us a complementary dessert Tiramisu, it was delicious.
The manager Shawn came by our table twice durning our dinner to make sure we were getting everything we needed and having an awesome dining experience. When we were leaving he wish me good luck and I went to the high roller room and hit a straight flush on video poker
The manager is very friendly and took time to talk to us. The service was great and the food was wonderful.
The service was very good. The food was delicious. We had a great time. They did not push us out after we ate. We could sit and talk while we finished our wine.
The atmosphere was modern yet cozy as well as comfortably lively. The service was excellent and the food was very good.
Service was slow, and the waitress seemed overwhelmed. The restaurant was not busy, based on the amount of open tables.
Once seated we waited roughly 10+ minutes before the waitress asked what we wanted to drink, then when we asked for a drink menu she seemed confused that we didn’t know what we wanted. Placed our drink and our food order together, and after about 15 minutes the waitress came back and said she wanted to make sure what we ordered, and asked again what is was we wanted. She wrote our order down this time and then asked why drinks we wanted again!
Food came and was delivered by the manager (gentleman in a suite) and that would be the last time we saw anybody else at our table until we were asked if we wanted our check.
Pre Show dining
The menu choices were adequate, and contained some traditional Italian dishes as well as some variety. The amount of food in the entrees was very good, almost to the point that you could split some of them. The salad with carmelized walnuts was outstanding, and we did split it with plenty for each!
The noise level was high, with some groups over ten mixed in with the tables for two, creating a very high noise level. The tables near the kitchen area were VERY hot, while those furthest away were almost cold. The service was outstanding, drinks never got more than half empty before being refilled.
Four of the girls ate at Paisanos prior to going to "White Christmas" the musical at the theater at Pechanga Resort. The food and service were great! We took wine so they charged a $20 corking fee which we had checked prior. Three of us had the salmon which was delicious. The other girl special ordered and they made a dish for her of pasta and shrimp. I highly recommend this restaurant. They aim to please.
The food was served hot ,right away and delicious...service was excellent!
The $35 per person meal plus entry to the comedy club is one of the best entertainment values. The food is great, the service is fast, and we laughed a ton. Highly recommend.
My chicken Parm was very dry. I didn't want to complain as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday but The quality is inconsistent. I've had it there before and it was great. But this past Friday, VERY DRY.
First. The smoke. If you are a smoker. Go ahead. If you are not, this is like stepping back into the 70s before there were laws against smoking in a public place. Then, The food. One person had to send the NewYork Steak back because it literally smelt bad. The food was not impressive, and fairly expensive. I would not recommend anyone to eat there. I know, I will never go back. Service was ok but I was embarrassed to bring friends there, none of us enjoyed the food and none of us could tolerate the smoke. Recommendation, eat outside of the casino. Spent $225 bucks for 4 adults 3 little children on a really bad experience.
It was on our way from San bernadino to San Diego. We wanted Italian food. Food was good. The casino was nice and busy.
Very good food and excellent service. Nice decor and comfortable. Only downside, noisy and cigarette smoke from casino.
Appetizers and wine list are good. Entree’s were terrible! Pastas over cooked and sauces had no flavor. The salad dressing no flavor. Service was very good.
I didn't realize that the Pechanga Resort allowed smoking indoors, which I guess it's fine but the restaurants should have closed doors and better centralized air conditioners/purifiers to keep the cigarette stench from ruining the experience of great food. The smoking is really bad in there. I believe Las Vegas casinos also permit smoking but I don't get that stench there. Perhaps they have a much better system. Either way, the food and service were great but the stench of cigarette smoke can be overwhelming for non-smokers.
We ordered dinner and comedy show special. Lasagna was too cheesy and hardly any meat. Service was excellent.
