We built our facility inside a prohibition era bank building. Inside you will find a one-of-a-kind tasting room on our main floor. Welcome to walk-ins on Friday and Saturdays. Reservations will be for upstairs, unless full, then seating will be downstairs at our high top tables. Come in and enjoy our signature cocktails paired perfectly with our incredible food menu in a sophisticated environment. All spirits are house made. We have local craft beers and local wine from Franklin Hill Vineyards. Come in for lunch, dinner, tastings, or just hang at the bar. Whatever you choose you will be amazed by the stunning view of our state-of-the-art distilling equipment. Please note that our main dining room is located on the 2nd floor, (UNTIL UPSTAIRS IS FULL) accessible via stairs. If you require seating on our first floor, please call 610-625-4585.
Taverns were a center of daily life in colonial times. They were the local, social and political hubs that spawned the thinking that led to the American Revolution. Tavern at the Sun Inn continues in this tradition offering a Colonial-inspired Seasonal food and beverage menu in a truly unique gathering spot.
Tavern’s culinary team is led by Billy Gruenewald. He offers a casual tavern-style menu that changes to match what is seasonally available and features some ingredients that would have been available to Bethlehem’s founders. Dinner is served on the Sun Inn’s second floor and light fare and drinks outdoors on the beautiful North Green when the weather permits.
Outdoor seating is first come first serve.
Located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building on the South Side of Bethlehem, ZEST has had the honor of being awarded the Lehigh Valley's favorite rooftop of 2021, favorite atmosphere of 2020, and favorite new restaurant of 2019. Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The views whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors are unparalleled. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. ZEST also features a partially open kitchen design, large 20 seat bar, and an indoor space with panoramic accordion sliding windows that let you experience the best of both worlds.
