Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Bethlehem

The food was great and the service was fantastic. A very nice experience!

Our experience was outstanding as usual. Everything was amazing from the drinks, food, service, and ambiance. We started with the twisted olives, always delicious and how can you not try their signature appetizer. We eat there often and have always had amazing food! Some of our favorites: the olives, blue brisket appetizer, French onion soup dumplings, crab bisque, dinner specials...everything!!!

This is only my second visit but it was on point just like my first. I love the views of the city from the restaurant. The meal was perfectly prepared and presented.

I am so grateful for the staff at Swift & Olive in the Wilbur Mansion. I had planned a Retirement Get-together for colleagues and friends and the experience was so memorable. Throughout the evening and afterwards, my guests remarked at how beautiful the restaurant was, how excellent the staff were, and that they wanted to return back again. Sundiata and his staff both front and back of the house were friendly, delightful, and made us feel like we owned the mansion with how attentive they were from beginning to end. Will definitely come back again.

Great food and service. Our party had multiple small, medium, and large plates. All were excellent. Nice vibe...very much like the tables are not situated very close together. Will absolutely return!
