    Dined here during a work conference with our faculty. The staff was incredible and offered fantastic suggestions for all of us. The family style sides were incredible. Highly recommend the brussels sprout. The fish was fresh and the seasonal offerings for dinner delicious. A must visit restaurant while in Tampa.

    Service (Don) was stellar---personable, professional and attentive. Food was amazing--perfectly seasoned, attractively presented and ingredients were top quality. Location on the bay provided incredible sunset views. Only 2 minor issues--restaurant was kept a bit too cold and there is no valet during the weekdays. Otherwise a perfect 10!

    Went there with my partner. no doubt the place was outstanding. our server and her assistant was attentive and helpful. We ordered the wagyu burger and the whole fish and it was amazing!

    This was my first visit. Was given a great table with impressive sunset views. Ambiance and overall atmosphere is great. Just came in for drinks and some appetizers. Bar was lively and a fun stop before going to our table. We tried all three oyster options from the raw bar was. All were very good. Grilled octopus was excellent as were the calamari fries and peppers dish. Service was also excellent. Just the right blend of attention and lack of to allow myself and my date enjoy the beautiful sunset and evening.

    Service was excellent! Food was delicious. The only negative (which may be due to the recent storms) was that the ladies bathroom had a horrible sulfur-like smell. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

    It was beautiful! Our waitress was very attentive. We went on NYE, so we could only order from the set menu. It wasn’t a problem we just weren’t aware.

    We booked New Year’s Eve as we were staying in Tampa prior to boarding a cruise. At no point was we made aware that the menu was a special menu @$150 per head. On arrival we were told no other option available so we went ahead. The service was excellent as you would expect however the food was awful and not worth the money. To simply provide a crab claw on a bed of ice and say that’s a starter is bizarre🤦‍♂️. The rest of the meal did not improve and overall a huge disappointment and overall experience was not worth the cost of the meal + tax + service charge. Only positive was seeing the raccoons on the way to the restaurant in the hotel grounds 🦝 Would not go back

    We disliked the food so much that we left after appetizers. Our favorite thing we ate was the butter for the bread. (Not even the bread, but the butter.) We had Oysters Rockefeller (the bad flavor literally overpowered a large portion of horseradish). The oyster trio was not good at all. (I assumed it would at least be good to dip my bread in the butter from them. Wrong again.) The calamari. First of all, the smoky smell coming from the dish was so strong I had no desire to taste it. Second of all, there was something in the dish that constantly MOVES. It literally appears to be alive. (Our waiter pointed it out & gave an explanation.) There was no way I was going to eat it. My husband asked for sauce to go with the calamari. Our server brought 3. My husband said one tasted like yogurt, one like banana pudding, and I don’t even know about the 3rd. The calamari looked more like fish bites. (I have never seen calamari look like that?) It was very disappointing to say the least. We decided to cash out & go eat at the hotel lobby restaurant, which we already knew was amazing.

The movement from the bonito flakes is due to the heat from the freshly fried calamari, which is meant to be part of the presentation, but I understand how it might have been unsettling. I also regret that the flavors of the oysters and calamari didn’t meet your expectations and that the sauce options didn’t hit the mark.
