Absolutely loved this place. The staff was attentive and personable, the food was outstanding, and the beautiful patio seating had heat lamps for the chillier weather. It's a top-notch Beverly Hills restaurant, so don't expect a bargain meal (think $18 cocktails and $40-$90 entrees). But if you're looking for a lovely, high end restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal, I couldn't recommend more. I'll definitely be going back.

This was my 2nd time going to ocean prime and my friend 1st time and again it was amazing. food was great, dessert was delicious. Our waiter was Paul and he was amazing. He knew the menu, he gave excellent recommendations from the menu. He made sure to check on us. one of the many things that I really like about Paul service ,Is that he didn’t rush to bring our check he allowed us to digest our food and then he came back and ask if were we getting dessert? He’s amazing. If you go to this location see if you can request him as your waiter. You won’t be disappointed . He’s a great asset to this company. Thank you Paul again for your amazing and professional service you provided to us.

Despite having a reservation made days in advance, Hostess preferred to give the last outside (preferred because inside air is stagnant & generally go to those without reservations) table & the last inside table to a couple with no reservation because they were some type of "Influencers" with a digital camera. We politely waited an hour because they were expected to finish up their "photo-shoot" outside & move to the inside table being held for them because they were expected to finish up "any minute." Turns out they never used the inside table but, instead just sat (no photo shoot going on after the 1st 10 minutes) with their complementary drinks. We (paying customers with a reservation) ended up taking another vacated table. Will not be back, and reflects poorly on the entire chain. Again, Hostess didn't care if we stayed or not, ignored our request to have vacated table cleaned for us (Busman was happy to oblige) & Jeremy in the bar picked up all the slack to make for a decent evening (he gets 5 stars & saved the restaurant from getting only one or zero).🙃

Two years ago, I wrote this review on Ocean Prime: I have eaten many times at Ocean Prime in BH. This time, I ordered the 10 oz filet mignon and 2 oz of it was salt. My friend ordered the Ribeye and there was gristle on it he couldn't chew. When you are paying more than $55 for a steak, it probably shouldn't need 2 oz of salt. The restaurant contacted me and offered a return visit at no cost and the return visit was acceptable. Last night, same experience as before. I ordered a 16oz ribeye and it came so salty that I still waking up this morning could taste the salt. My friends NY Steak was also heavily salted. This is just not acceptable. How do they stay in business serving steak that heavily seasoned and why? Salt is not a good thing for your heart if you have blood pressure issues. Two years apart, same experience. There is a major problem in their kitchen. Their steaks are expensive and the quality of the meat should be impeccable so why drown it in salt??? That is what Denny's does. I am not writing this review to get any return visit offer, I would turn it down. The restaurant did not charge me for the steak as I didn't eat it and I did not accept their offer of another steak cooked that night. Enough is enough.

First time at Ocean Prime. I feel bad writing this, but not impressed. The bread basket was amazing with the pretzel bread. The Caesar salad was completely bland. Almost no flavor at all. My lobster tails were not cooked evenly. They did not feel or taste cooked through in the middle , therefore, I just ate the ends and left most of it. Kind of a waste. The sides and desserts however were excellent. The garlic mashed potatoes were super creamy and delicious. The sauteed mushrooms were some of the best I have ever eaten, and the desserts, the 10 layer carrot cake was perfect. Not to sweet and no nuts which was a plus. The peanut butter pie was out of this world. Regarding the service, our server never asked if we wanted to see a wine list. My party loves a good bottle of wine with a good dinner. One of the guests was quite put off by that and then didn't even want to order even a glass. The service was nothing to speak of. Our server didn't smile once until I paid and he noticed that I tipped him 25%. I tip well even when I am not 100% satisfied. I probably won't return though.

Greeted at the reception area by Tony (manager) who was so nice! We were then taken to our table that we requested in OpenTable. Phenomenal service by Scott our server. Portions are not only better at this location but the food quality is also better. I’ve been to Oceans Prime locations all over the US and this location is by far the best. Thank you Oceans Prime Beverly Hills!

Food and level of service was top tier, very pleasant outdoor seating area too. Only criticism I have is that one of the fillet mignons was ordered as a medium rare and came slightly over-cooked but was still very tender regardless. Overall great experience!

Had such a wonderful experience. Out of all the options in BH I’m glad Ocean Prime caught my eye. Miguel was amazing & very informative on the menu and specials. The special 6oz Waygu was to die for. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a place in BH to have dinner.

We love to eat on the patio and last night the weather was perfect! The food an service were excellent! The backed potato my husband ordered was absolutely delicious, as was the steak . Happy to note they had decaf and oat milk! We'll be back!
