I love the Hamachi Crudo and the Shrimp
Sauté. I order those two dishes every time I visit, and EVERY TIME they are incredible

Celebrated my gf's bday, great experience and the food was delicious, the drinks were great. Highly recommend the ribeye steak.

Thank you to all of the staff. We were 30 minutes late after changing our reservation and we were still accommodated. Our waitress was the best. She noticed I was cold and went above and provided me with a clean table cloth to drape over my legs. The staff was not overwhelming. The food was above 5 star. Our experience was far better than expected.

The outdoor patio is beautiful. The bone-in steak was the best thing our table ordered. Definitely make a reservation.

I ordered the twin lobster tails, which were outstanding. I wanted to get the Alaskan King Crab legs, but market price was $106, so I took the tails for the same price they were last May when I was here.

We were celebrating our 50th anniversary.
The Food Server ( D ) asked us if we were celebrating an occasion and we told her we were and that was the last we heard from her about this momentous event.
We asked for bottled flat water and received a large bottle of Figi, it was poured and never poured again and three quarters of it was left in the bottle, when we finished dinner.
Our food was delicious as my wife had the ten ounce Filet with Crabmeat-Oscar.
I had the eight ounce Filet, the mashed potatoes and the corn, all great; but no food server in site to refresh our beverages or to pour our water.

Worst service ever and this was our third time dining at Ocean Prime in two weeks. We will have to think seriously about ever returning.

This restaurant provided the perfect experience for my fiancé’s birthday. Our waiter Eric was the best. So attentive and knew the menu well. The food was AMAZING! Every single dish was well made, savory, and filling. We ordered the caviar deviled eggs, lobster tails, and filet mignon with broccoli, cauliflower and garlic mashed potatoes. So good. The ambiance was so nice. I love the table lights they’re so chic and minimalistic. Seating is well spaced to give you and your party the right amount of privacy despite other people being around. Such a great restaurant.

Only complaint are the bathrooms. They had no toilet paper or napkins so they should make sure to check the bathrooms periodically and make sure they’re good.

Overall, my experience at Ocean Prime was good. The food and cocktails were great! My only issue is that when the waitress told us the specials, she didn’t include the price of each special. Maybe that’s how they do it here but I’d prefer to know beforehand instead of having sticker shock at the end of my meal.

Everything was IMMACULATE!!!

We had been here once before and were extremely impressed by both the food and service. We couldn’t wait to return. This time the service was not up to par. We had to ask several tines for bread that two different servers told us they were bringing us when we first sat down. We ordered a salad for before our entrees. However, the salad came out with our entrees. We ordered apps and a second round of drinks, yet when we finished, nobody cleared the ok’d plates or glasses. We just had a table full of ok’d and new plates. We had to ask them to clear the used plates. And, the food is good but not worth what they charge. We are in LA. You can find great restaurants everywhere. I don’t mind paying fir a good meal. But, I felt that there prices were too high for the food quality. Not sure I would go back.

Every meal from drinks to main course was delicious and amazing!! And our servers Shane and Chess were top notch, will definitely be returning.

After our experience last night, I’d question if you’d currently consider Ocean Prime “fine dining” and/or a high end eatery. I understand that things are much different now because of the Pandemic, but the lack of customer service and attention that one expects from such a restaurant, was astounding. We can begin with valet. I’m accustomed to valet opening the passenger side then heading over to the driver’s side but in this instance valet felt that only opening the driver’s side was sufficient. My date opened my door. He doesn’t work for Ocean Prime and their valet service. Great start to a romantic evening and glorious birthday celebration, right? Wrong. Now, the food was good (portions extremely small), the ambiance was nice, and the host was friendly…But the service left much to be desired. We often had to repeat our requests, wait long amounts of time to receive our requests, and we literally had to search for our server. Our server, though pleasant, seemed rather stoic, curt and short with us. At the end of our meal when paying at the table, our server proceeded to stand over us while we decided what to leave for the tip. Usually it wouldn’t be much of a decision, but because of the lack of service we received we truly thought about the amount, however we really couldn’t indulge in that thought process because our server literally STOOD over the table while we were attempting to do. Honestly, we felt under duress. Not sure why he chose such uncouth behavior but it definitely left an unsavory taste in our mouth, pun intended. People choose these sort of restaurants not only for the delectable food but for the experience, but I’m confident our experience isn’t what they are seeking.

Service was spectacular! Our server was working with several large groups yet he was attentive and incredibly responsive without ever being obtrusive. Absolutely perfect. As we expect, the food quality was perfect. Highly recommend and enjoyed the experience!

Love ocean club in Columbus hence why I went here!
Menu is not as good as Columbus OH if you can believe it and several inconsistencies in terms of how the food is prepared.
Pork chop was said to be super tender and was hard as a rock! Rated tots had enough salt for 7 orders!
Just super disappointed …

Very hospitable during my birthday dinner. Server was nice and was great at connecting with customers. They even gave me 2 free slices of cake for my birthday. Will definitely visit again when I go to LA

Inattentive service. Gristly steak. But a beautiful patio with excellent covid protection.

The service was somewhere between condescending and surly -- and the check provided for a minimum tip of 18 percent.

Very strange and underwhelming service. Waited forever between courses. And the food was pricey for pretty bad sushi etc.

My husband and I celebrated our 14th year Anniversary here last night which we didn’t even mention btw but it was perfect, Ordered the twin lobster with asparagus and my hubby had the Lamb chops. Omg that lamb chops was everything. I must say though my lobster was a little salty which I did mention to our server as he came checking that everything was ok. Let me tell you they re did my meal, a fresh new order no charge and complimentary desserts for both me and my hubby and they were very kind and attentive. The service was amazing, and the ambiance was very romantic and very Covid safe. A big thank you to the management and staff of Ocean Prime BH for a wonderful night we so appreciate the love and we will definitely be back. I could only imagine if I had mentioned it was our Anniversary I’m sure it would have been even better.

Birthday dinner was amazing! Food was great. Ambience and vibes were spectacular.

The outdoor space is nice, the food is okay, nothing to write home about but decent. One of the steaks was very undercooked for a medium rare, was sent back and returned pretty much in the same state. Cocktails were decent, but again for the price, you can find better out there. The service wasn't stellar, but since we are in Covid times I'll let it pass but honestly for the prices I expected better.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. We had dinner and everything was perfect. The service was excellent. The food and drinks were amazing. It was perfect. Totally recommend. Definitely will return.

I celebrated my birthday here and I am so happy I did. The food was delicious and service was impeccable. I recommend the rib eye, blood orange old fashioned and the gouda tater tots!

Amanda was a gem and a wonderful server. Also the manager was kind and generous to our group as we had an unexpected wait for our reservations. The food was outstanding and the butter cake was a great birthday 🎂 delight…

The food was delicious and the setting beautiful. .We have eaten there on a number of occasions. Everyone was very nice but the service was just off. We had to constantly ask for things like water. My mom’s steak was undercooked. They very nicely said they would cook it some more but it didn’t come back to the table until the rest of us had finished our meal. It took quite a while to get our drinks too. For my husband’s birthday, they provided a delicious piece of cake which was very appreciated but the person serving the desserts, brought them to the table and left. We had to flag down another waiter to request plates and utensils. It seemed we were constantly flagging down people for things that are usually done.

Must dine here. Loved it especially on the patio!

Maybe as a business meal were corporations can pick up the tab for this overpriced place. The food was mediocre - I can make a better steak at home hands down, some of the dishes were good, like the spinach. The waiter was not knowledgeable at all - couldn’t even tell me where the “east coast” overpriced oysters where from . At this price point - I expect great food and a knowledgeable staff. Will not come back and will not recommend:
