Catskill Restaurants

The food, drinks, and service were excellent. We went for our anniversary, and they were kind enough to comp us a glass of sparkling wine each. I would happily go again.

It is always a special treat for us to have a meal at The CIA when staying near Hyde Park. Everyone, whether instructing or learning, is always so pleasant and helpful. A meal there is simply a delight. The actual meals served compare favorably with any served in the finest restaurants, in quality, preparation and presentation. What could be better than fine dining in a restaurant where everyone's goal is to improve? Thank you, faculty and students.

We had such an incredible meal and overall experience at Matilda. I’m already looking forward to our next visit. This is a must-go spot if you’re in the Catskills.

I go there a lot - the food is delicious and keeps getting better. And the service is friendly and very attentive. Great bar, too.

Great old fashioned. Carlos the waiter was excellent. Both appetizers one a special and the menu item were delicious. Gnocchi and eggplant were amazing, my wife says eggplant best anywhere. Cannoli for dessert was great too. Had an excellent time once again at this establishment.
